After almost 2 years of training i finally found out how to make my arms grow. I had every other body part figured out except my bi's. I used to do 3 exersises for arms, but now i only do 2 and the results are already showing. I was always worried about trying new things with arms because i never knew what would happen. This message is for people that want bigger bis' to try and do less exersises because who knows maybe it will work for you!! it did for me!!

more isnt always better . its easy to overtrain bis especially if you are really pounding out heavy back excercises , there is almost no way to workout your back without blasting the bis as well

i beleive ths guy may be on to something dawgy.
 
So PB and DAWG what do you really reccomend as a arms WO bis and Tris , I will go and try it today and see how it goes, my bis and tris dont lag but im always down to try something new.

i dont work bis seperate from back , i just throw in a few sets at the end of back to finish them off but if i was a bodybuilder i might do bis 3-4 days after back with maybe 2 excercises x 3 sets changing the excercises up constantly . i also do tris the same day as bench but i bench 2x per week and i just throw in about 3 sets after bench of tri work plus i reverse grip bench 1of those bench days and that will blow your triceps up like nothing else ;) . to add mass stick to heavy basic movements like barbell curls , hammer curls , dumbell curls for bi and reverse grip bench , skull crushers and bench lockouts for tris .
these are excercises that allow you to use a lot of weight as opposed to tricep kickbacks concentration curls etc. heavy weights add mass .
 
I train tris with bics, my tris were always pretty good, and now i am using the same method of the bic's with tri's. My arm workouts are not as long as they used to be now, but its better because my arms are growing better then they ever had before.
