The Reason Waldos' Hiding
First off, I'd like to thank all the helpful people on this board because everything I know, I learned from you guys and the helpful articles throughout the site.
Cycle:
Test E @ 250mg 2x a week (Weeks 1-13)
Dbol @ 50mg ED (Weeks 1-6)
PCT: (currently still on going)
Nolvadex 20/20/20/20
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Pre-cycle stats & lifts:
Height: 5'8
Weight: 178
Age: 22
Experience: Training for 4 years
Benchpress: 245lb 1RM
Deadlifts: 225lb 5x5
Squats: 220lb 5x5
Post-cycle stats & lifts:
Height: Same (that would've been funny if this increased)
Weight: 208lb
Age: Same
Benchpress: 310lb 1RM
Deadlifts: 405lb 5x5
Squats: 350lb 5x5
Experiences:
When I first started, my strength and motivation instantly increased, but, that was not because of the gear, it was just the placebo affect of knowing I was using the stuff. Same thing usually occurred when I started taking a new supplement I bought from my local GNC. It was not until the 4th week I noticed something was going on. My lifts greatly increased, I was very hungry all the time and aggression and motivation dramatically increased in the gym. And I'm not gonna lie, it was a awesome feeling.
After I finished my cycle, and started PCT, I kept my mass (water weight definitely went away) but lift strength did go down. I also started cutting during my PCT which led to further weight loss. But the muscle is staying for the most part and I'm more cut than I've ever been before, still a long way to go though.
Side Effects, both bad and good:
1. By far, the worst side effect I had during this whole cycle was acne. I already had a slight case of acne, and then when I started using gear, it got a whole lot worse. I had it on my upper arms, chest, shoulders and entire back by the end. I'm still in the process of trying to get rid of it and am seeing a dermatologist on what I can do to fully treat it.
2. INTENSE muscle pumps. During my back and bicep days, I would get such a strong pump in my forearms that it actually hurt to pick up weights. By the end of the workout, I could barely carry my 6lb gym bag home. This was both awesome and shitty at the same time. I loved the feeling, but it sometimes made it so hard to lift that I had to use gym straps to finish my workout.
3. Super horney! This one sure gave my friends a good laugh. I found almost all girls to be super attractive. Sex was almost always on my mind. Unfortunately, I'm single at the moment, so I had to just take a cold shower or take care of shit myself
4. Leg muscle cramps. This was very annoying. At the end of a hard workout, my legs would get very bad cramps, so bad they usually dropped me to the floor, I then had to sit there and wait for the pain to subside. I was also unable to do any kind of running because my calfs would cramp up. I upped my water intake to about 2+ gallons of water a day, this did help slightly, but it definitely did not solve the problem. I no longer get these cramps during my PCT.
5. I'm already somewhat short tempered, and the gear gave this a slight boost. Little things would sometimes really piss me off. I would have a sudden burst of bitching and or anger but this usually lasted no more than a few minutes. A lot of people say bitch fits are a myth when using gear, well, I believe it greatly depends on the person. I do experience them, just not severely.
6. Luckily for me, I didn't experience any gyno symptoms during my whole cycle *knock on wood*. And I hope this never shows it's ugly face during any of my future cycles.
My advice to people thinking about using:
For gods sake, for your first cycle, stick to a simple test only cycle! Even though I did use Dbol too, even that is somewhat pushing it. I see some people posting that they want to do deca, tren, sus, winstrol, anavar, test cycles for their very first cycle. Which is just a bad move in my opinion. The 2 main reasons I believe test only cycles are best is because one, you don't know how your body will react to the different substances. If you're taking a shit load of things for your first cycle, and you start seeing very bad side effects, you won't know whats causing it. The second reason being, you will make mistakes. I never handled a needle and syringe during my entire life. For my first injection, I didn't even know how to get the oil out of the vial. During that first injection, I fucked up so many times trying to get the oil out that I wasted about 1ml of it. That was hard earned money down the drain pretty much. And unless you're filthy rich, no one likes to waste money. You also have to get used to pinning and proper needle sizes. Like I learned I hate doing glute injections, I preferred quads, chest and biceps. Biceps being my favorite.
Last bit of advice being unbreakable motivation. If you're not consistent with your lifting, and diet. This stuff isn't for you. If you're not willing to push yourself as hard as you can, don't even bother. Gear doesn't do all the work, no matter how strong the substance. It is merely an aid.
It is also important that you are at your genetic max. Now I do admit I started early, being just 22. It is best to wait till at least 25.. but alas, I'm stubborn and impatient so I took the leap. But I was sure I did all my research, and took all safety precautions possible.
And that about covers it Hope you guys thought it was an interesting read. I also hope that my words of advice help those who are deciding on their first cycles.
Cheers guys.
