Maybe I wrote this for some that are on the fence and nervous but also I am proud of my self for the job I did.......I have had a fair amount of experience with gluteus, thighs, tri's delts, and I have a lot of little veins in my bi's but it went great and I am right-handed so I had no problem with left outer-head injection. I am focussing on site injects for the outer head. Hoping it will also help my back double-biceps pose. Thanks for listening.......Back to posting pron for your enjoyment,,,,,,,hehehehehehehehehe......

I have only tried 1CC. I'll give 2CC's a try next cycle.

I actually want to try a pec injection. I might do that Thursday.

There are a couple of ways but you can tweek a lagging bodypart.....
This is kinda practice for me because this is a problem area. I didn't want to use wesson to practice so i used 1/2 cc of Eq. and 1/2 cc Test but it was a test i tried elsewhere and had no pain from.........If it goes well i may add a little syntherol down the road like BigA describes in his article......

It is a lagging bodypart i have trained well over five years.....

Mudge, do it for me read that entire article by BigA IFBB and he helps put in into a different perpsective........Chest should be easy if you pinch the skin up and depends on what size needle........

I've done a lot of bi and tri injects lately. Once you get over the feeling of sticking something into your arm its not so bad. Sometimes it gets pretty sore afterwards, it does seem to help if you train it right after

I love bi shots...and love it

I did a calf shot a week ago and I will not ever do that again.

I want to do a calf injection, but I have heard too many horror stories about them.

All I do for the most part are delts and bi's.

I hit bis then tris, Its sick after the injects my arms are close to 19 inches. You gotta do em in the right spot though or your arm will look all silly, Once I did a shot of prop/tren way up close to my elbow and had a big fuckin bump way up there

Guys this is only my opinion but the twitchy thing to me is just anxiety.....You have got to be focused it will not hurt you unless you screw up.......and jerk the pin or something but you do have to take a deep breath clear your mind and it cuts back on bruising......The tri's are much easier i had been giving myself allergy shots there for years.....

I shot twice a day for six months last year and i still twitch a bit. I love stickin myself and have no anxiety. I sure love those trap/lat shots:D
