Hi guys!
I'm on my first cycle of clen. I researched it for about a year and finally decided to try it out. I'm 21 and I've been lifting religiously for a while now. I just recently started to plateau, which brought me to my decision to try clen. I tried lowering my calories and switching my macros and my lifting routine before trying clen. I'm 5'7 and my weight has been stuck between 145-149 for months. Right at an out 16-17% bf now. Currently, I've been doing cardio 6x a week. 3 of them are fasted and the other 3 are steady later in the day. I lift 6x a week also. My split is shoulders/back/legs/arms&chest/shoulders/legs. My diet is:
Meal 1: 2/3cup egg whites, 1 yolk, 1/2cup oats w/ water
Meal 2: 1 scoop protein w/ water
Meal 3: 5oz chicken (weigh after cooked), 1/2cup brown rice, lots of broccoli
Meal 4: 1 scoop protein
Meal 5: same as 3
Meal 6: 1 cup fat free Greek yogurt
Any tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! I want to lose about 10-15 lbs. I know clen isn't a "magic pill" which is why I want to make sure everything is on point if I'm going to continue to cycle.
Thanks !!
