First Clen/Keto Cycle w/ Pics (need a tip guy) lul

yes it can be hard on your heart but not if you do 2 short weeks on and off.... I never suggested running it for 8 weeks straight.... not sure where that came from... I have done a lot of research over the years and still read a lot on it as I am still throwing clen into my cycles and I also used it for at least 10 years.... so I am quite experienced with it! If you do it smart, there is no worries.... plus I know for a fact that ECA stack, run with clen cycle acts as keto as well....

and eca stack.... I'm on 3-4 doses a day of 25mg.... and I feel just fine.... clen gives me more shakes.... just saying.... and I'm a small girl... lol

Ahh alright alright, I'm just going to run it two weeks on, and two weeks off with the Eca in the off period.. I just wanted to make use of the keto so ill just thow in .5 on the second week just to make sure I'm getting 100% of the clen without clogging the beta-2 receptors.. That was the initial plan anyways, but I'm impatient.. I've started the eca stack 4 days ago, I've noticed I'm looking more, eh dry.. I get a tiny hint of what I'm expecting clen shakes to be similar too.. And I think I may love the feeling.. Haha

2 weeks clen maxing at 100-120mcg
Second week of clen .5mg keto

Eca stack next two weeks

Repeat.. Sound good?
 
I personally choose the 2wks clen with 2wks eca stack also. The keto will work too if you wanna go that route, but dude, you act like the keto costs a fortune...lol. I think it's around 19-20 dollars at rui and eca is cheap as fuck.
 
Or save the Keto for the next run... Mixing too many things may be harder to determine how you react to the various things you are on... Especially if you are new to this game :)

I actually ran Anavar (var) for 8 weeks then added the clen and eca to the mix which I rotated every 2 weeks... it gave me great results.... but I'm also a chick... if you are a dude, you will need to add test as well when running Anavar (var) .... it will give you great results... plus make sure you train hard and your diet is top notch.... Anavar (var) is great for cutting and some strength gain.... especially the mid section gets "sucked in" lol and you harden all over with it... it's great if used properly.... even though it is very mild.

Took 20mcg yesterday, felt the heat and a bit of an increased heart rate.. About to taper up
to 40mcg because I felt no bad side effects at all.

increase gradually, don't increase it daily.... your body needs to adjust to it a little bit... it's easier to increase doses than to taper down...don't over do it especially if you are feeling it at 20
 
As I've gotten older and hopefully a little wiser, I find it harder and harder to justify the use thermogenics or weight loss drugs. I really only see them being useful for someone who is competing in a show or maybe has a fitness photo shoot (which 99% of the people using these things are not doing).

Everyone says they know diet and that they don't need help then they ask for advice on weight loss drugs...if you really knew how to diet then there is no need for weight loss drugs or additionally, their sides and stress on your body. If a person has dieted hard and is around 6% bf and simply can't budge any further, then yes, use weight loss drugs. Otherwise, simple modifications to your diet will show huge results, safely.

Keep track of your diet meticulously and look into carb cycling as mentioned. Good luck.

Don't see the point in this post, I cut down to 8% last year (160 from 170) naturally but it was hell.. Just looking for some shortcuts, as are 99% of people who have posted on this site. Really only using this for its anti-catabolic properties.

My diet is as follows, you started this, now enlighten me moderator..

5 egg whites
Orange 1oz almonds +24gs whey isolate protien shake
4oz Chicken breast steamed broccoli
Banana 24gs whey isolate protein shake
2 scrambled eggs
5oz chicken/turkey steamed broccoli and asparagus
16oz Green Tea + 1cup cottage cheese


Sometimes I'll replace my snack (Banana with almonds and protein shake) with a
350 calorie 24g protein and 15g carb turkey or ham sandwich

Clen gives me bad paranoia if I am cruising over 160mcg for a while. I feel like everyone is out to get me. Good shit.

I mean just about, I also drink around 8-12 oz of whole milk with everything.. It's my cut diet and I'm consuming about 2200 calories with it, a deficit of -200cals I also drink about 1.5 gallons a day


I do take taurine yes, 3mgs a day. I don't take any multi's exept what's in my protein shake and milk..

My preworkout is migraine relief asprine that contains 250mg aspirin, 250mg acetaminophen, and 65mgs of caffeine.. Pretty fking useful, so glad they make this haha
