First Clen/Keto Cycle w/ Pics (need a tip guy) lul

I mean just about, I also drink around 8-12 oz of whole milk with everything.. It's my cut diet and I'm consuming about 2200 calories with it, a deficit of -200cals I also drink about 1.5 gallons a day


I do take taurine yes, 3mgs a day. I don't take any multi's exept what's in my protein shake and milk..

My preworkout is migraine relief asprine that contains 250mg aspirin, 250mg acetaminophen, and 65mgs of caffeine.. Pretty fking useful, so glad they make this haha

if you are trying to cut and lean out... maybe substitute the whole milk with almond or rice milk.... less fat and loaded with nutrients... plus you need to watch your sugar and sodium intake.... try to eliminate it all together... eat lots of lean proteins...

Pretty sure all of it is lean, and only get extra lean meats with low sodium..

no problem! also, there is an almond milk with cocunut that is pretty yummy too.... just for change of scenery...
 
First two week cycle is complete, not finishing the last two days because my heart can't handle it.. Tapered down to 60mcg from a peak of 120mcg. Killed my endurance but dropped 4lbs in the first week. Is it normal to get a sharp pain (near heart) during the end of the cycle?

It really interfered with my workouts. But I didn't lose any strength and actually gained strength in back and legs.. Chest for me is definitely plateaued, or maybe I just don't want a bigger chest since weighing 170 and benching 315x3

Probably going to wait a week until I do the eca stack and start clen up again in 3 weeks from today.
Will post progress pics tonight for those interested.
 
Sharp pains in chest are only during light cardio really, I max out at 15hbpm, but Im guilty of going all the way up to 185hbpm this cycle
