First Cycle - 500mg Test-E & Tbol Kickstart

Hey guys,

Thought I'd make a log - it will help me be accountable and hopefully track my progress. I'm already 1 week into the cycle come tomorrow and the Tbol is sure kicking in. Back pumps and calf pumps are a nightmare! Pre-cycle pictures will be up shortly.

Cycle Layout:
500mg Test-E (250mg shots twice/weekly on Monday and Thursday) (weeks 1-12)
50mg Tbol Kickstart (weeks 1-4)
12.5mg Aromasin EOD/ED (weeks 1-12 depending on estrogen)

---PCT---
40/40/20/20 Nolva (weeks 14-18)
100/100/50/50 Clomid (weeks 14-18)

Pre-Cycle Stats:
Mid 20's
5'6
170lbs
Squat 345lb x 3
Deadlift 365 x 3

4/5-day split depending on work. Emphasis on explosive sets, squats, and deadlifts. Occasional cardio (row machine, sprints, circuit sets). Been lifting strictly for 3 years and occasionally for 5 years.

---Diet---
Meal 1 = 5 egg whites or 3 whole eggs, oatmeal or whole wheat toast
Meal 2 = protein shake, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or almonds
Meal 3 = chicken breast, tilapa filet with broccoli
Meal 4 = pre-workout shake
Meal 5 = post-workout shake
Meal 6 = cottage cheese, greek yogurt, tuna, or almonds

I put on fat extremely quick, so I am aiming to keep my diet really clean but still be able to get my macros on a daily basis.
