first cycle advice

OK PEOPLE.. Ive been training hard for the past 6 months and havn't really gotten the results im looking for.. im going to blame it on genetics since i've done everything correct.. im going to go natural for another 6 months with a new training split and stricter diet but if im not seeing results im going to jump into your crazy little world of AAS. ive done some research and know the facts but have little real world experience with the juice. i was thinking of taking "Mass Tabs" by ids, (methyl stenabol) something like superdrol, or just doing a test cycle. the only side i'm worried about is hairloss CUZ IM PREDISPOSED.. which one of these would you say is less androgenic and which will yield better gains.. im 5'10 188 lbs @ 20% but i will cut down to 12-15% before juicing... any input/suggestions or ideas wil be appreciated

Go test only for first cycle thats what most people will advise and do some research about the hair loss there are supps. you can take to help with this.....good luck

you been contemplating this for a while-i will prob get flamed-but grab some test and run once you have everything. wait to u get your post cycle therapy (pct) and all that to start. just dont go crazy-500mg a week-this will be more like a practice run-everyone says 20lbs on a first cycle-but i sure as hell didnt gain that-i ate really clean-maybe too clean-but now i know that as im running something a lil more serious.

No HCG-just aromasin and clomid-keep it simple

first post cycle therapy (pct) is def a learning experience-i mean it was for me

if you do some shitty pro-hormone when that DHEA gets in your system it turns into all kinds of hormones we dont even talk about-if you ask me thats way more harsh than a lil extra test.

there is a guy at my gym that is a fucking beast-reppin like 6 plates-on squats-never done any steroids-but he has done a ton of PH stacks. and he wont come off-says he feels "tired" when does. dumbass cant get his balls working is what the fucking problem is and he dont even know it-i try to tell him

anyways-after ranting-go ahead with some test-if you've thought about it this long-your ready.

but if the guy is willing to put in an extra 6 months of work to see if he can get an extra natty level of mass/experience... why not? u know.....

how many years u been training swol?

I'd suggest to wait like 1.5years or so.
it's way to early to blame it on genetics and stuff u've just been lifting for a mere 6 months.

But if u're still gonna juice keep it simple an cut down or u'll propbly get fatter and i dont think thats what u want...
good luck

just cause......wish i could say im a firm believer in waiting til your at genetic limit-but im just not-im not at mine. if you do it right-i think you can keep muscle-it does not all go away.

yes thrash you are right-not every one can handle it-not everyone can even handles AAS-i remember swole though-belly fat is issue i believe-test will help-especially if his belly fat is from cortisol

just gotta watch puttin it back on during PCT

Also-i am pretty sure he has been working out for 1.5-2 years-if this is NOT the case then i take back my recommendation.

beleive me, im not saying wait till ur at ur genetic limit. but what im saying is the user must know what training and the gym and diet is all about. And he must understand his body b4 jumping on AAS...

an example is someone who has added 25-30lbs of muscle naturally and understands the hard work and dedicated it takes to get there... then i think anyone who has put in hard work already can benefit from it...

just MHO

peace

wow... thanks for all the input guys.. Im going to try and switch up my workout drastically and see if i can get some gains. I usually keep the same routine plus or minus a few lifts and change the order, but this time im going to mix it up a lot more. Maybe my expectations for natural gains are too much, however im going to stick it out and see if i still feel this eager in 6 months to get on some test.. in the mean time PEACE and thanks for your advice.
