First cycle advice!

Not set i was actually thinking of 10 weeks because that way i wont have 4ml of test left over. 10 weeks @ 500mg is perfect!

Started my clen today, want to lean right up before i start my cycle.

seems i have to wait until january to get what i need so i'll just get lean as race horse in that time...
 
Well day two on clen. First day i took around 40mcg and noticed nothing at all. Today i took 80mcg and will keep it there for the first week. Noticed a slight increase in heartbear and was a bit warmer.

From what i understand clen helps retain muscle whilst you diet. Since i'v been dieting for 6 months and lost around 8kg... i'll keep my diet the same (very low carb, high protein and good fat) but hopefully wont lose anymore strength that i have already!!!

For anyone out there who has used clen did they feel hungry? My mood is normal and no trouble sleeping, i actually take it post workout.
I'm just unsure if i should eat or keep my meal plan on track.... i know it's a slight anabolic and i feel like my appetite has doubled today... Just don't want to feed myself too much and wipe away the clen positives....
 
clen is terrible for your heart. I have never heard of clen helping with retainage of muscle while burning fat. Im almost certain that you will be losing muscle while taking it. Your better off doing cardio and adjusting your diet then taking clen imo
 
Well without being disrespectful you need to look further in to clenbuterol.

It's strongest effects are the ability to remain anti-catabolic whilst consuming below maintenance levels.
Teaching your body to use fat as it's primary source of energy rather than protein in the absence of carbohydrates.

As far as i'm aware it can be used for performance enahancement but that requires a different diet and is not my goal.

I don't bother with cardio, i'v lost 8kg in 6 months and much of that was within the first 3-4 months.
If you eat right you don't need cardio for fat loss.
Infact i'd go as far to say timing of your meal and contents is infact more crucial than the total amount of food you will consume.
 
Iam on day 8 of my clen t3 cycle I started at 20mcg forty the next two sixty next two then eighty, I noticed in crease in apetite on the second and third day, fourth I started getting tighter almost cramps, and by.the sixth and seventh ( 80mcg) I would shake a little and a lot after work outs which were rough because the beta receptors were weak. Took some benedryl today hopefully tomorrow will be better. I will not go higher then eighty because of the increase bp. But its all been Managable. Clen depletes ur taurine so make sure your takin at least 3-5grams of it ed n 1000mg of patasium gluconate ed helps with the tightness and crampin
 
Thanks for your input. It's day 3 and my hunger is through the roof although i'v managed to stay regular. I'v been taking 5g of taurine with the clen.

How is your fat loss coming along? Did you diet down or for a different goal?
 
Clearly i have some tolerance to this, as i seem to with all stims (noxpump, mesmorph, jack3d etc) Do little for me. Don't drink coffee/energy drinks either so it's not like i'm immune to caffeine...

Day 4 and i'm taking around 130mcg a day (dosed once every morning)

I can feel maybe a slight trembling but it could be my imagination... gym is closed so i dont know about strength.

I'll up the dosage a bit more tomorrow and see if i notice anything.

I'v done no excercise since taking it i'm sort of hoping i'll be stronger hah.

One of the reports i'v read on race horses showed almost zero anabolic affect on race horses that were trained but high fat loss.
The other group was not trained at all during the course of the study and lost fat but gained significant LBM.
The study concludes excercise namely cortisol is responsible for diminishing the anabolic positives of clen hence why the non excercised horses gained muscle mass...

Doasge was 2.4mcg/kg bodyweight which is around 200mcg a day for me.... gets me thinking ;)

At this rate 200mcg wont have any drastic sides anyway.
(my buddy has the same stuff and he almost had a heart attack on 60mcg... I suppose i'm more tolerable than him)

Although it could be a good thing as my immunse system seems to be good all round (cannot remember when i was last sick 5+ years ago easily)

I'm hoping this will be a good thing when i start my cycle. (no bad sides)
 
I'v read that but why? If i did test first then tren second whats the difference?

Just asking not trying to be funny. My natty test seems to be fine so i don't want to just replace that i'm only taking the test because i want to run tren...

Not just the combo of the two but Tren it self would be to much. I told my friends that its like giving a 16 year old a Ferrari that goes 400mph. They would be just as happy with a brand new Mustang and still get some awsome resuts with it, girls, double takes, speed... then maybe when the mustang wares out you can give them a Ferrari...

This said I still wana give a Ferrari a drive sometime in the near future. :elephant:
 
yea i understand that. But then again i understand tren offers allot that test doesn't.

I have a bad habit of nothing or everything as my goal. currently i'll be doing just clen and then in january i have the chance to buy some other 'supplements'.

Although i'm slightly worried as i start my new job for the DOD and drug testing is prominent.

I'v been told by some that they don't check for steroids or clenbuterol but what if they did :S
