hi im a female 28 years weight 145 lbs 5'6 .Monday I start my first cycle.
Training five days a week, i have a diet (high protein, low carbs).
my Body fat around 20%
my goal is to strengthen,gaine muscles ( 8 -10 lbs) and fat at perdredu nivea thighs and buttocks and lower abdomen
