First cycle completion, newbie needing help on PCT

Hi all from down under.

I'd really appreciate some help with my pct as I'm nearing completion of my first cycle.

Here's some info
Testosterone-enanthate 500mg @ 1ml twice/week for first 12 weeks
Increased to 1.35ml twice/week for week 12 to 15
Liquidex 1mg/ml 0.5ml everyday (didn't follow this 100%)

The vials I had were under 10ml each, hence I bought another and used the surplus to good effect from weeks 12 to 15.

I weighed 69kg pre cycle
I now weigh 81kg nearing completion. Gains were great. Body fat estimated at 20%.

I've been told to take liquid tamox 20mg/ml, 1ml daily for 50 days for my post cycle therapy (pct).

Can I please have some input and opinions on pct.

U should of had ur pct lined out before you even started my friend. Anyways, two weeks after last pin run pct for 4 weeks as follows. Nova 40/40/20/20 and Clomid 50/50/25/25. Hope this helps

Thanks for your reply. I agree, but I feel I was mislead by my mate. So assume just taking liquid tamox isn't right? I understand tamox helps restore test levels?

Can u pls point me in the direction to buy nova and clomid? And what the 40/40/20/20 means?

Frm what yu say it looks like yu have been running a gram of test a week...that's overkill unless yu compete...well any way
Pct
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

Cheers for the reply. I realise I needed to plan this beforehand, which I did, by having tamox/novadex, but didn't know I needed clomid too. Is clomid necessary?

Clomid(clomiphene) will start your testes producing testosterone on their own again since you have been suppressing it with exogenous test for 15 weeks. Nolvadex(tamoxifene) prevents gyno from a rebound of estrogen that can occur.

You would probably be fine with Nolva, dosed at 40/40/20/20 but if you can get clomid, which you can from RUI(board sponsor), that would be ideal.
