First Cycle, critiques welcome.

I plan on starting a short 6 week cutting/lean mass cycle before spring break and it's my first one so I figured low dosages would work alright. I'm not looking to gain 30 lbs and rep 315 lbs haha.

Little background info: I'm 23 yes old,a clean eater, 5'11 170lbs approximately 11%, BF. I've been using preworkouts and creatines over my 8 year lifting career.

The cycle I'm planning goes something like this:

Sust 250: 500mg/Week 1-5 (125mg EOD/Inj)
Trenbolone 160mg/Week 1-5 (40mg EOD/Inj)
Winstrol 50mg/ED the last 20 days (orally)

Any advice/suggestions are much appreciated!
 
Bro thats a horrible first cycle. Just run test for 10-12wks at 400-500mgs a week. Tren is for an advanced cycle user. You are not ready for that yet
 
Okay I won't use tren or sust, anyone have a recommendation for a test that I can pin EOD with short enough esters to be useful in 6 weeks? And can I still throw in te Winstrol (winny) 50mg a day orally to she'd some bf %? Or would another cutting agent be better?

Okay so does this sounds better?

Test Prop 500mg/Week (125mg/EOD inj)
Winny 50mg last 20 days ED (oral)

PCT: Clomid 50mg ED for 4 weeks
 
I would personally up your weight to 180 before starting but its your decision.

test E/C 12 weeks. inject 2 times a week 250mg each mon/thurs

1-12 test
Wait 2 weeks after last test injection then start PCT
PCT clomid 50/50/50/50. 50mgs a day for 1 month
Nolva 40/40/20/20 40mgs a day for 2 weeks, followed by 20mgs a day for 2 weeks.
 
I don't think my weight will be that much of an issue since I'm consuming an extremely low amount of calories at the moment, but in a week that won't be an issue anymore. I can't run a long cycle since I only have till march 16th. I was thinking of using the short ester test prop as my test and add the orals anadrol and winstrol to kick start my gains and tighten up my figure.


Week 1-6: test prop 500mg/week (125mg/EOD Inj)
Week 1-3: Anadrol 50mg ED (oral)
Week 3-6: Winstrol 50mg ED (oral)

PCT:
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20

I won't be taking the anadrol or Winstrol (winny) at the same time, are there any things I can take to help my live since orals are highly toxic? I heard milk thistle is garbage unless your a botanist lol

**Again I know the ideal first timer cycle is 10-12 weeks of test, but that is a different goal than the one I have and I don't have the time. I've read short cycles work just as well just with less gains and sides. So if any advice is given I'd like to to be towards my short cycle and ways to improve it :)

I want to take Winstrol (winny) because in trying to be shredded as possible by the end of this short cycle. The joint dryness I don't think will play that much of a role with only 20 days of use.
 
Why such a short cycle? Just wondering. As far as Winstrol (winny), I would just eat clean and work out to remain cut. It's your first cycle and diet plays a huge role on the results of test. Also just use so Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to controll bloating and extend that cycle.
 
Ill cut the Winstrol (winny) from the cycle because your right, diet and training can easily give me the same results if done properly. I'm an Exercise Physiology major so I can properly form a diet and workout regiment and the length of the cycle is due to me going on spring break, I'm looking to gain around 10 lbs of lbm and get shredded which isn't out of reach of a short cycle using short esters.

And then ur going to party all the hard work away n prolong ur body's recouping on spring break? Is it worth it?
