First Cycle-Diet and Training!

Ok so I started my cycle Monday and am so excited about seeing how far I can push my body and for the changes!! I'm taking anavar 2.5mg in the morning before my workout and 2.5mg late afternoon.
Diet
Meal 1- 3 eggs and toast
Meal 2- Protein Shake
Meal 3- Chicken breast
Meal 4- Either tuna or a protein shake
Meal 5- Chicken and 2 cups veggies (usually green veggies or tomatoes and beans)
Meal 6 - A few pieces of sliced turkey or tuna

Training
Monday- Back/abs
Tuesday- Bis/Tris
Wensday- legs/calves/abs
Thursday- Shoulders
Friday- Total body assault

I usually do anywhere from 30-60 min of cardio 5 days a week ranging from steady state cardio or HIIT on various machines
I usually spend 1 1/2-2 hours in the gym.

It's day 4 and I am seeing a little change in my muscles. They are getting harder already! I love the pump I have when I workout now!! I'm not really wanting to build much more muscle, I'm more concerned about getting a more lean and defined look. Feel free to to give me opinions on all this, it's my first cycle.

Looks pretty good but I suggest you get at least one more serving of fibrous veggies ( for nutrients) and some essential fats in your diet. I'm not sure if you are already supplementing or not but don't forget teh fats!

Looks like a strict diet.....how are you feeling?
 
I'm feeling really good! I was nervous about doing a cycle at first, but now I couldn't be any more stoked about it!! I was already lean(11%bf) and I have gained 10 lbs of muscle in the last 3 or 4 months on my own. I was getting ready for a figure competition, but I didn't have all the money for my suits. I'm really down about doing all this hard work and not getting to compete now.
