My lifting partner is 48, 5'11'' and 205lbs. He's been lifting 5 years and gone from lard to a good base. (from around 185@28% bf to aprox 16%). Good, clean diet, good training schedule. No known health issues. The last year has been a real uphill fight. He's definitely stuck. His primary goal is to continue mass building without adding too much more in the BF dept.
His plan for a first cycle is pretty simple, 500 of cyp weekly for ten weeks. Liquidex during (.25 ed) and clomid for 4 to 6 weeks starting at about week 12.
Two questions for the board:
First- at his age are there any alternative anti-e strategies that you might recommend?
Second, he's considering crashing some post cycle in order to qualify for long term Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). Any thoughts about this?
