Stats as stated above - I'm 28, been training for 7 years and i'm 176 at around 14%bf aiming for 12% in a couple of weeks, height 5'7, small bone structure and very small joints so I have pretty good proportions naturally.
I have an an AI at hand, was planning 0.5mg adex EOD from week 2.
Completely honest I wasn't planning on doing any bloodwork done for this cycle, I know it might seem ignorant but I didn't think i'd have to, feel free to enlighten me to the advantages it provides! Thanks!
