first cycle " Help"

I am looking to do my first cycle and was hoping you guy's could give me some adviceWhat I should use. Also on a post cycle. I am 32 5'11 175lbs looking to gain some weight, size. I go to Gym 4 days/wk.
Any advise would be great Thanks!
 
I have been working out for about 4-5 years off and on. Past year been hitting it pretty hard. I have been the same weight since I was 20 mabey.
 
That thred was helpful thanks. What do you think would work for a post cycle therapy (pct)? Also should the nolvadex be taking right along with or wait to see if you you develop gyno?

for post cycle therapy (pct) you can run nolva 40 mgs for 14 days then 20 mgs 14 days bro

I also agree with these guys but I would maybe add decca to the equation since you are working out......for a post cycle therapy (pct) would consider Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and clomid..........welcome bro

For a first cycle, i would not really advocate the deca..see how you react to a single ester test first...but thats just me...

keep the nolva on hand..and you can run it as house sggests, or keep it on hand in case of any gyno symptoms, and you can run clomid as post cycle therapy (pct)...

but make sure you have everything you need on hand..good planning equals good cycle..

LOL....what would you advise if he was NOT working out.......:confused:

BTW hammi , just do the Test alone as was eluded to above. Learn how you respond to it before adding any additional compounds to your cycle.
 
and you'll want to make sure you're slamming down the protein. especially if you're at the same size now that you were 12 years ago. i would make a food log and track how many calories and grams of protein/carbs/fat you take in on a daily basis; once you have that figured out, bump your calories up by about 500-1000 and take in 1.5-2g of protein per pound of bodyweight.
