hello,im here because i need advice and help,firstly i have a very good diet and i train well and im committed,with that said i will be going on vacation for a couple of weeks when i get back im planning on 2 weeks on the milk thistle to help the liver from all the alcohol lol,then id like to do my first m-drol cycle,this is where i get lost there is soooo much info on the net all different and confusing im in the uk so getting hold of things seems hard sometimes,what would you recommend i do before during and after ,and what support and supplements should i take with the m-drol,and after thanks for any help you can give me
