First Cycle, HELP!

Hey ladies,

I am currently training for my first competition (bikini). I recently decided to cycle clen and Anavar (var), however my coach has me taking (25mg var) (50mcg clen)- also training for a bikini comp, I don't feel a whole lot of added mass is really needed** - I keep hearing everywhere that this 25 is way too high, I have brought it up with him and he insists to continue the 25, also I read to split your dosages? Why or why not is this recommended? As for my clen.. he had me taking it on a continuous basis but again, I read that your receptors stop responding so to cycle 2 weeks on 2 weeks off; so I have gone against his suggestions with the clen and have just cycled off. Also, I have gained 8lbs in only a week of taking var... is this normal? It seems to be good weight, but just seemed pretty drastic.. - I would really appreciate any suggestions, or advice..

Ok first off, fire your coach. He's an idiot. No one needs anavar for a bikini comp. and the fact he has you on 25mgs once a day and clen not cycled off proves even more he's an idiot.
Var needs to be taken twice a day, it's half life is about 8-10 hours. A starting point is 2.5mgs twice a day.
Anavar is a steroid.. Steroids put muscle on you're frame. Are you trying to build a little muscle before you cut down for your
Show? If so that doesn't give you much time 22 weeks out.
Also, the fact that you've gained 8pounds in a week is leaning me towards thinking that you don't have real anavar. Its probably almost all water, anavar generally (not always though) doesn't cause water retention. It's probably Dbol
