Hey guys I started my first cycle 7 days ago. Stats-
Age:18
Height:5ft7
Weight:145lb
BF: 10.5
Training on and off for roughly 6 months.
Diet: 350g protein, 350carbs, 3700cals.
Training routine:
Mon:Chest & tries
Tue:Back & bies
Wed:Legs
Thu:Shoulders & traps
Fri:Arms;Forearms
Sat: I do a quick 30min of abs as i don't have the energy to do it with bigger muscles.
Cycle:
Sust 250: Weeks 1-12 750mg (1ml EOD)
Dianabol: Weeks 1-4 50mg
Boldenone: Weeks 1-12 200mg
Pct starts 18days after last jab:
Chlomid: 100/100/50/50
Nolvadex: 20/20/20/20
I know most of you guys wont like the idea of a cycle at such a young age and lack of training but ive done countless hours of research and ive decided im going to take the leap and go through with it. I still haven't got my hands on the PCT as i bought it online it should come in within the next week. Im not running any AI or HCG since someone recommended not to what are your thoughts on this? I try and get more then 3700cals but i set it at that as a minimum. I also drink about 4.5L of water daily.
I gained 3.4kg after the first week (63.2kg-66.6kg), im guessing its water as i didn't expect any gains so quickly and couldn't see any difference in the mirror. My goal is to gain as much muscle as possible. Last questions, how much should i expect to gain and what can i do to improve this cycle? Thanks heaps for reading guys any advice will be much appreciated!
