First cycle in 20+ years

Hi all. I started competitive bodybuilding at 18 and my last show was 25 years ago. I decided to hang it up when I started losing to much smaller and more defined dudes. I did half a dozen cycles back then and have been recently considering some masters shows. I'm 5'5" 178 with 10% bf and have been in serious training again for the last 3 years or so. Looking to some of the older guys to suggest a nice cycle for a nearly 50 year old.

I haven't had my test levels done yet, but haven't had any trouble putting on mass or any erectile problems. Would love to hear from guys in my situation.

cheers!

I'm not an older guy but I think most here would recommend that you first get your test levels check and make sure your not a candidate for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). If your test levels are fine then usually a test only cycle at 5-600mg a week for 12wks or so would be best to get your feet wet again.

Certainly get some blood work. Then start from scratch with Test only cycles. Erectile issues are just one of many things to consider.

Cannot argue with Austinite's conventional wisdom, but if you want to be a little more aggressive, I would look at Test and NPP.

Test 500mgs split into 2 shots a weeks and some arimidex .25 eod no bloat or e2 problems. welcome my friend I am 46 this blast works great def get some blood work done.

NPP better than regular deca? Im 40 and in same boat! Could use a little joint relief!
