First, current stats:

6' 225lbs 15%bf
Couple years off of lifting; back on for 1.5 years now


Cycle Plan:
Weeks 2 - 5 Dbol 40mgED)
Weeks 1 - 12 Test Enan 500mg/week (250x2)
Weeks 1 - 12 EQ 600mg/week (300x2)
Weeks 13 - 16 Test Prop 350mg/week(50mg ED)

PCT: (2 days after last prop)
Nolva 40mg/day days 1-14
Nova 20mg/day days 14-28

Throughout the cycle I will run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500iu/week (250x2). I have femara on hand for bloat, but will wait to see if I need it.

That's a little much for a first cycle.

I'd suggest you do a Test only cycle to see how you respond.
500mg/week for 10 week......that's it, keep it simple.
Start post cycle therapy (pct) two weeks after last injection.
 
Figured I'd throw an update in here!

Up about 15 pounds right now and feeling STRONG. Eating everything in site and making sure I only buy clean stuff. I'm now consistently breaking the 5000 calorie mark, shitting like a race horse...or whatever shits a lot! The size increase is VERY noticeable. I'm sure it's a good amount of water, but I'm also seeing new definition so bloat can't be that bad. I did start to bloat up a bit but the .5mg ED arimidex seems to have stopped that. My pants are actually a little looser around the waist and tighter around the legs.

For training, I switched to 5x5 training (from Needsize post). I made up a program that fits my needs based on what he had. THAT PROGRAM IS ABSOLUTELY KICKING MY ASS!!!! I had just came out of a strength phase, so this is fitting in perfectly.

Quick update. Cycle is kickin ass! Getting comments from everyone (no Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) comments...yet)! Strength is up HUGE! The 5x5 workouts are going awesome. I was increasing by 5 at first, then went to 10 as the strength really started to kick in. That wont last for long, maybe 2-3 weeks at the most. Then I'll end up back at 5lb increases. Works for me though! Even with the new fat I'm putting on, I'm still seeing more vascularity in my arms and shoulders. Arimidex seems to have stopped the bloat all together for now. Can't wait to cut!!

I think I remembered everything! Times and quantities are approximate. Hasn't been the greatest day for nutrition; I always suck on the weekends. When I'm at work, I have everything planned out and packed so there's less temptation!

Update:
Hit 250lbs yesterday but I think I peed some of it away! :D As of this morning, 249. Appetite seems to have no limit and I'm still putting on nice size all around. My waist has stayed the same so far and I've been told I look leaner, so the diet is working.

Unfortunately, I just ate 1500kcals of cookies. Doh! My wife hid them in the cupboard but I sniffed em out. Couldn't help it. Been too good lately. :rolleyes: Oh well, I'll go suck down some whey and take advantage of all that sugar!

My HCG comes in a 5000iu amp, I heard u just draw what you need each time, then put it in the fridge, is this true?
How long will it keep?

Still right around 248 now although I'm trying to clean up my diet some more. Want to hold off as much fat as possible. Hope to add a few more pounds before I start to switch into a cutting phase. I'm staying strict on the PM carbs and hitting cardio in the morning. Hope to burn fat and keep LBM which shouldn't be a prob with the gear.

Took my last dbol yesterday. Not sure if I'll notice it or not; my strength has been huge so hope it stays that way. The test and EQ should be kickin hard on their own now anyway. I'm gonna change things up a bit and at 10 weeks drop the enth/eq and switch to prop alone for a couple weeks. Then tren/prop to finish things out. I haven't outlined the specifics but will get them up as soon as I do.

Got the craziest pumps tonight just warming up on the treadmill. Was walking at 4mph with full incline and I had to stop at 5 minutes. My legs were jacked!
 
Time for some updates. Things are getting a bit weird! First, I'll post Thursdays diet. It was a rest day so no pre/post workout shakes are in there. One of my best days yet, although a little short on calories.

It's not broken up into meals. More of an exact food intake list and it's not in order. Fitday kicks ass for this type of thing!

Now for the weirdness! I have lost 6lbs in the last 4 days! My last dose of Dbol was 1 week ago today, but I was not holding much water. The arimidex has kept that under control. Not sure if the weight loss is associated with the D ending, but I can tell you I look better and better every day. I'll get the bf tested again tomorrow if I can.

I changed up my diet after reading a VERY long excerpt from some guru posts. I finally took the time to read it end to end. The no carbs at night seems to make ALL the difference. I wake up SOOO hungry! This morning I woke up at 2am and my stomach was churning so bad I got up and ate some chicken. But I had had 120g's of protein between 10pm and 11pm!

I welcome any thoughts and discussion on this. Honestly, I can't believe I'm hitting 5000-6000 cals, 500-600g's of protein, and I'm loosing weight. My co-workers, who are taking part in some office diet contest, hate me! Not really, but it's funny to hear their comments! :p
