First Cycle...my cutter.

Update for anyone interested in my progress. Finishing up week 4 now. I have removed the plans for the T3/Clen stack. I am noticing some nice leaning out here as many of you have stated in your replies. It was advised by many for me in both directions. After letting the first four weeks take their course, I realised that many of you are quite correct, not that I didn't believe anyone, I just like to see how I react before I decide.

Weight on constant ups and downs from 236 to 242 for first 4 weeks. I am seeing new growth in lagging areas, and I am seeing bodyfat going bye bye in a few areas. Escpecially upper abdomen and chest. This makes me happy. I long to be rid of man boobs.

Rather than rely on the T3/Clen to remove the fat, i am going to rely on the diet and exercise. I have enlisted help in this deptartment as I need to progress past what I know and learn some more. Never can learn enough. But seeing how my body has acted thus far, it's the smarter approach.

I plan to finish out the Test E as planned except that it will run 12 weeks instead of 10.

thanks for all those who replied in the early days. I am and was always listening....

Quick update and Kudos to the site.

I am in the midst of week 11 now. I extended my test run to 12 weeks.

I am honestly loving it and I don't wanna stop. LOL.

While I know many folks advised against my starting, I made a decision and so far it has done what I wanted it to do. If you have been reading this, you will notice I dropped my original plan, mostly from advice from here on this board and stuck with a 12 week test only cycle.

During the past 11 weeks I have been able to gain some nice solid mass, while keeping bloat in check and drop bf at the same time. While this is mostly irregular and we all know test is not known for its fat loss benefits, I was able stil to do it.

My weight went from up and down from 230 to 240. Currently at 235. All the while I have been getting comments on how "huge" I am getting. It really makes me laugh but is good to hear.

I am noticing substantial thickness in my delts, lats, and chest. Which is great. Those were greatly lacking solid mass before.

I highly recomend anyone just starting to go test only. It really is the only way in my book for a first time.

I have included a few pics for shits and giggles.

I know I have a long way to go in getting where I want to be, there is some bloat, but really not much. For me it is awesome to see cuts developing and muscles protruding even with the higher BF percentage that I have. For instance in the one pic below, My arms look huge (to me...lol) while there is obvious excess fat on them, I can still make out separations in delts and tris that I have never had before.

anyway, its a long short update I wanted to throw up and again to say thanks for the overwhelming information here on the site. And a big thanks to Pullinbig whom got involved with me mid cycle. I have only been working shortly with him and have learned alot of what I was doing wrong already in the area of training and picking up lagging strength areas.

Now that I am big (well, big enough for me) I need to get stronger. I am far too weak for my size I think and is my current quest. Once I am content with strength I am going to go with a BF loss cycle.

anyway, I am rambling. Good first cycle, attained alot of what I wanted to, and thanks again to this site and its members for the help.

Pics.

These are in no way intended to show off or be indicators of overall progress. They are just arm pics and we all know arms are more of a by-product than an indicator of true training. some of the upper body thickness does show in them a bit though. They are just some pics I snapped last week when my tri's were popping out on me. Camera never does true justice.

I will be taking full pics when cycle is complete and post cycle therapy (pct) is finished. I will then post those as result pics.

I video most if not all of my lifts for training purposes. this one vid in particular I fell in love with. I really did not realize how much my tris have grown over the last 11 weeks until I watched this video. I was just doing rows on a hammer strength machine, and while watching, my camera guy saw and started chuckling and I did later as well. He informed me my lats are exploding too during some lifts, so I gotta record and review to see what he's talking about.
