Im 20 aswell, and been lifting for 3 years im 6ft 2 and 215 pounds 12 %bf. Just start eating like an obease person on death row and lifting big . We will have our time to juice up
 
bro eat for fucksake! i have bigger snacks than what you eat in a day! if you eat well and train hard you will get bigger and stronger! but it takes dedication to your diet and training to get big! steroids dont work miricales bro! but at your weight food will work miracles!
 
Nothing to eat in the morning, thats when its the best to load up for the day, but no one is gonna stop ya it seems, no one is trying to tell you ur stupid, in actuality it is pretty stupid, everyone is looking out for you take it or leave it, but you aint even eating like a 9 year old girl... My daughter is six and eats 2 x what you eat... Its your body your life, who knows maybe you ll shut down your test, your dick will never get hard again and you ll be sterile... Sound good to you mayne ??? Take the advice or leave it but deal with the outcome whatever it be...
 
well liftbig11 i was in a nasty car accident and dislocated my shoulder and broke my left arm. worst of all was right in the middle of a cycle that was going great! 2-3 months and i can start light so the doc says, i had to have a shoulder reconstruction! so it was a fucking shit!
 
A good lean bulk protein wise is if a 10am start;
MEAL

- 30g carb - 25-30 protein 45 min before workout + Creatine+Glutimine

Shake with 40G protein Creatine+Glutimine
ever 2.5 hours either
1 full size chicken breast
8 eggs with 1 yolk
1 piece of steak fat trimmed
1 ground EXTRA lean beef or BETTER GROUNDED Steak patty.

Before bed 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese or CASEN protein Labrada V60 is a good one but Cottage Cheese works best for me.
So you should consume 200-225G of real food protein an 60-80 in powder. You dont need powder but it help as it digests faster, real food is better just eat clean. You do this everyday for a year you will be 185 EZ:)

We all fucked up or maybe we did not cause we respected older & wiser people who have already done this CORRECTLY or have made corrections as mistakes were make cause they did not LISTEN
We not telling you to go to your room but use gear when all else fails as you get to your natural metabolic max!
 
Ive been working out solid for a year and have gained 3 pounds..and i drink whey and muscle milk.

muscel milk???? unless your rich or work for them your not going to get your daily protien in with that. (assuming your drinking half your protein atleast if not eating it)
are you taking atleast 200 grams of protein a day?

for eg. i take 3X 60-70g whey protein drinks aday PLUS 3-4 meals of food.(somtimes more) and make thoese higher protein meals

when you say "you take whey" how much is that? 1 or 2 scoops a day??


get a blender throw in 4 scoops (100g) on whey protein powder, 4 tbs peanutbutter,fist full of frozen berrys, 1-2 bananas, 30-50g oatmeal fill with milk and blend up and drink. (this is 2 servings) and about 600cal each serv


steroids arnot magic and i knwo your going to say you know. but you dont or you wouldent be using them and at 20yrs old I KNOW you shouldent.

I drink a muscle milk shake before workout and a whey protein write before i go to bed.and as for eating,not really anything in the morning,lunch i usually try to eat some type of chicken or chicken sandwitch and as for dinner watever is cooked tht night..yea and your feedback is great cause everyone else just tales me i shouldnt be taking roids.

buddy eat every 2-3 hrs and MAKE yourself eat in morning , i dotn feel hungry when i wak up but i MAKE myself have 50g iso-whey ASAP when i get up and a big bowl of cerial or a peanut sanwich.
foloow the smoothign i showed you but dont drinkt hat right before workout. and make another 1 or 2 50g shaked with just water one when you get up and one right after your workout with sugar or have juice after you drink it.

make 2 peanutbutter and jelly sandwiched every day and eat that between meals or with one of the water/protein drinks.


you should have looked into what you have BEFORE you started stickign it in your body. i never herd of that but for all you know its just sunflowe roil. i hope its atleast steril and nothign bad happens.

a simple 10min google search with nothign showing up on that lab shoulda told you (DONT STICK IT IN YOU OR BUY IT)

could be just a local UGL lab but who knows. .. not you.
