Ok, For starters this is my first post so my apologies if I don't quite know how to post properly. Any corrections or advice is welcomed. I'm 30 yrs old I'm 5'8" and I'm 212 lbs. I just started my first cycle ever on Test Enanthate 600 ew 2 pins a week for 12 weeks. I'm currently 1 week in. I kickstarted my cycle with an Epi Prohormone that I'm still taking. My question is will i need to take arimidex towards the end of my cycle to get my body ready for pct on nolvadex and clomophene. I also got tomoxifen. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Nolvadex and Tamoxifen are the same thing.
Most guys start taking Arimidex (AI) from day 1 of their cycle up until PCT starts. They adjust their dose based on blood work results while on cycle. Why are you opposed to running blood work?

Ok so in for a penny in for a pound now. Ad the armadex now and get you diet in check its all about what you eat and how much and when. Your success or failure will depend on it.

Ok so I checked my BF% a month ago it was 30%. I'm a tad bit leaner now. I'm trying to lean out. Not lose weight while cleaning my diet and stepping up my cardio.
My meals consist of breakfast 8am 1 cup of egg whites, and a protein shake with almond milk half cup of uncooked plain oatmeal and a banana. 9am black coffee. 12pm 6 Oz of chicken breast and 8oz of sweet potatoes. I repeat the same meals as chicken and sweet potatoes at 4 pm and 8pm. 11pm I have 1 cup of honey oat cereal with almond milk.
