Preload - Hawthorn Berry 2 weeks

Cycle - EPIC from elite 30/30/40/40/60/60

Cycle Support - Anabolic Innovations Life Support, Hawthorn Berry, Taruine, Fish Oil Pills, Ultimate Man Multivitamin, Creatine Monohydrate.

PCT- Tamox Liquid 20/20/10/10

PCT Support- BPS Endosurge, Creatine Monohydrate, Hawthorne Berry, Fish Oil, Multivitamin.

Break in between to next cycle 10 - 14 weeks.

Not too set on the BPS Endosurge for test booster. Seems like I could find something cheaper and more efficent. if you have a product in mind, let me know.

no need to go over 40mg epi at all, you wont get any extra gains from going over that just higher BP and more liver issues.
 
I would like to bring up all the reccomendations for epi say 20/20/40/40/50/50.

Is there a reason you think I shouldn't breech 40?
Its just added stress to your liver for no extra gains. Also Superdrol would not have killed you on your first cycle lol, on SD at 20mg everyday for your first cycle you would blow up.

lol im at 5'11 160. Most people wouldnt even reccomend me doing PH. So I gotta stay as safe as I can too.

You dont think SD would give me problems?

Get a grip. I hate people like you who tell people they shouldnt do something for certain reasons. Bro. NONE OF US SHOULD DO STEROIDS OR PH. Unless your int he hospital and need it.

For your information im very athletic, play organized basketball, bench almost double my body weight and I want size to add on for strength and just to look better. And why not? Did you have a better reason when you started? Or you going to give me that "I was at my genetic potential" bullshit.

Im going to assume 95% of people who take this stuff the first time (especially PH) arnt satisfied with the way they look either because they're too skinny or too fat or something and they want to be accepted by other people more. And yes, if you're a real skinny guy and you take steroids or PH you are going to gain 20 pounds and keep a great deal of the weight if you eat right. I done my research. It would take a year to do what a steroid can do for you in 2 months.

Offer advice or dont post.

don't throw a fuckin hissy fit. with your stats you could eat more and easily gain muscle. if you don't know how to eat before then how do you expect to keep your new weight after? you have a really good chance of falling into the cycle of an undisciplined gym rat. take steroid, blow up, cycle off, get depressed, leave the gym, get more steroids, repeat. you might even throw "get injured" into that mix too. if you don't have the discipline to eat then you don't have the discipline to do steroids IMO. post up in the diet section and have someone critique you.

I made a post on here earlier about being 125 pounds 4 months ago. I think I have the eating down. After a good meal im 40 pounds over what I used to be. That 10 pounds a month.

And I put that because I made a post saying comment about my cycle. Not "should I take a ph?"

And I clearly state in here from the repleis back and forth I am taking EPI to be on the safe side and staying away from superdrol because its too potent for me.

But thanks for the warning. I will try not to fall into that routine.

Thank you, you're probably right about that.

What DAA do you reccomend?

And yah. I was thinking 50mg of epi for 5/6 week instead and just saving the extra 14 pills.
