First Cycle Opinions

I'm 24, 6'0, 210ish, 14-15% BF. Used to play ball all thro high school and in college, and was all natural. I recently started hitting the gym about 7months ago (was roughly 230 when i started) Upped my Bench from 195 to 275, squat from 315 to 465, so I've put up nice gains, at least in my mind just using jack3d and whey protein while watching my diet. I have nearly a perfect immune system, caught mono when i was 12, had strep every winter for 8 years, got my tonsils pulled and have never been sick. Not even my mom remembers me ever having the flu. That being said after doing some research I'm stuck between a 12week TEST E 250mg a week only first cycle and a 12week Test E 250mg a week + weeks 1-4 DBol first cycle. Paired up of course with nolva incase of gyno in either situation, and finishing off with clomid. I'm thinking Test E only so i can monitor side effects/reactions and gains etc. But firgured I'd get some opinions

Im thinking Test E instead of prop to lessen the pokies since its my first time.

Work outs are Mon Chest heavy, Tue Bis/Tris, Wed Legs, Thur Shoulder/Back, Fri Off, Sat whatever I feel could be better, Sun Off. For cardio I do treadmill/stationary bike, i also do a lot of circuts involving tire flips/sled pulls/sledge hammers

but what you feeling about the jack3d, am using the lemon lime one and the pumps i get are insane and vascularity improved a little as well.

as for the using just test for a first cycle, its a great idea in my opinion, i personally prefer prop tho but as you say its your first time using, gud luk!

When u say 250 mg a week u mean 500 mg right? U should go with 250 mg twice a week Mon/Thurs

I LOVE jack3d. Gives me huge boosts and nrg when lifting, and the pumps are very nice. I also tend to get a huge runners/weight lifting high after work outs with it as well, which obviously is nice. I had a bit of insomnia for the first couple of days but nothing a few sleeping pills didnt take care of

yes sorry it would be 250mg twice a week so a total of 500mg, i probably shoulda wrote that instead of 250 lol

For a 1st cycle u should go with the Test E by itself to see how ur body reacts and so u can get ur feet wet. Then next cycle maybe go with DBol combo. Might want to drop ur bf%. Good job tho for just 7 months
