Hello guys. First of all I would like to say that the amount of good topics and the size of this community is something truly amazing. I found it by accident, and I'm glad I did.
Now, to the cycle.
I:
Age: 20
Height: 5'11''
Weight: 180
Training experience: 6 years (First 4 doesn't count )
Bf: 10.35%
Diet:
40% protein/40% carb/ 20% fat
6 evenly distributed meals a day
Good fats, low glycimic cabs
20% calorie reduction
Workout:
45 mins intense weight lifting 6x week
40 mins walking medium speed 5x week
Plan:
-400mg/week test for 10 weeks
or
-300 mg/week test for 12 weeks
-Nolva for pct
-Increase calorie consumption to -10% (overcompensate increase in metabolism)
Goal:
Increase speed in BF reduction
Reduce muscle reduction (Redundant )
Questions:
1)Which test option of the ones I gave for test should I choose?
2)Is the increase in calorie that I mentioned wise?
3)Could I take it orally?
4)Should I use liver protection? Which one do you guys would advise me to use for this weak cycle?
5)I'm not sure if I can trust the ads from this website. I'm really skeptical about it. Some mods are indicating some sources, but then some users are saying that mods should not be trusted. I'm kind of confused. I already read a topic on how I should check sources, but would be nice if some users told me if they used any of the sources from the ads and if it really worked.
