First Cycle - Test Cyp

I want to share my first cycle with you guys. Ill report how things are going, gains, side effects etc, Follow along for those interested. Also, any advice from experienced guys would be much appreciated.

Taking 400MG a week, over two shots every 3 days.

Age: 22
Weight: 73kg
Height: 169cm

I understand people may feel i should be gaining naturally due to my specs, but this is just a decision i decided to make. Iv trained for about 2 years solidly, but trying to cut fat. I achieved a 6 pack and fairly decent physique in that time, however, i was far too small. I was very overweight when i was young, and my body tends to gain fat fairly easily.

In week 3 atm, dont really feel a significant difference in anything. Strength has gone up, but im not sure if thats due to my hard training and diet, or the cyp. Maybe a combination of both.

Diet:

Calories are at approx 2950 per day.

Meal 1: in blender
Oats 100g
Egg Whites 250g
Gold Standard Whey 30g
UDO***8217;s Oil 6g
Supps: Multi V, Vit C, Creatine, Glutamine

Meal 2:
Lean Beef 160g
Brown Rice 55g
Olive Oil 3g
Serving of greens

Meal 3:
Chicken Breast 180g
Brown Rice 55g
UDO Oil 4g
Serving of greens

Meal 4: (pre workout)
Same as meal 3
Supps: Glutamine

Meal 5: (post workout)
Gold Standard 30g w/ glutamine
Vitargo 25g w/ creatine

40-50min later
White Rice 70g
Chicken Breast 120g (may have tuna instead)

Meal 6:
ON Casein 35g
Egg Whites 260g
UDO 6g

Training four days a week, split routine.

I believe im starting to hold some water. I can see i look a little bloated around my lower stomach/hips. But yeh, apart from that nothing really to report yet.

You are relatively young. Another thing is to say your using cyp to cut fat? At 3 weeks you will feel the strength but the physical build will begin to change around 4-5. Are you using UGL or pharm grade? Even for a first timer 400 wk seems too little. 500 should be efficient. What do you have for pct?
 
I have Nolva for the end of the cycle. I want to go for 10 weeks. I dont have anything else, just cyp. And im trying to put on weight atm not cut fat, i hear that cyp isnt the best for cutting fat?

1) How long have you been on?

2) The ester that you are using has nothing to do with fat loss. Stick with what you've got, and focus on diet.

3) Bringit is correct. You're a bit young. That being said, 200mg test C E3D equates to just under what we would have recommended for a first cycle, dosage wise. Since you've already taken the plunge, maximize what youve undertaken by extending your cycle to 12-14 weeks.

Been on it for three weeks exactly today. So it wouldnt be smart to up dosage to 500mg a week? I can extend to 12 weeks. I guess ill just see how i feel at the end of 10 weeks. What do you think?
 
You are young but cycle looks fine. Keep us posted on how it's going. If you run into any problems we can help. And you can cut just fine on cyp. That was a very good choice for a first cycle.

I would advise getting an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in case you get gyno. Good luck.
 
Update.

So four and a half weeks in now. Did my first shot of 250mg today, as im moving to 500mg a week. So for the remining five and a half weeks of this cycle ill be at 500 a week.

Training is great, strength has increased and im feeling very solid in the gym. Its not the kind of increase i expected, its very subtle, but its still a great feeling.

In terms of appearance, nothing really. I havent noticed anything in terms of muscle growth yet. Scales are going up slowly, but i feel more chubby than muscular to be honest. Still pleased with how everything is going so far.

Just a question guys. Based on my stats, how many calories would you guys recommend i eat each day?
Iv jacked it to 3500 atm. I feel thats a lot for someone my size. Thoughts? Im eating the same foods as listed above, just larger portions.
 
3500 Kcal is fine and a good idea. I would also extend it to 12 weeks since you're taking a longer ester.
 
Thanks Doc. I will extend to 12 weeks as i have enough. Should i approach taking the Nolva any differently at the end of the cycle?
 
Update. Week 8

Ok guys im seeing some pretty good gains now. A lot of people are saying iv put on good size as well, which is a positive :) Up to 78kgs from 73kgs.

However, a few of my muscles are getting really sore. I think i might have strained my tricep in some way because when ever im working out and it gets pumped up it really hurts. Not sure whats going on i think iv over trained it though. Compound movements like bench press make it saw, and any isolation movement on the tricep just kills.

Also, my lower back has taken a hammering from the deadlifts. When i worked my back today it took forever to warm up, and it was quite saw.

I think my body is begging me for a week off but i dont want to! Why does this have to happen in the middle of a cycle.

Any advice?

The first was taken at the end of my cut, around the start of January. I then began putting on weight, then hit my first cycle about 8 weeks ago. The second pic was taken tonight.
I would have taken my shirt off for it but im holding a bit of water and fat, so its embarrassing and i dont think you guys want to see that ;)

Im pleased with everything so far. The only thing im not happy about are my arms haha bitchy little arms.
