First Cycle, Test E 500mg + DBOL

Still up and down at 278-283. Pumps are Insane, strength increase is awesome.
I got some aggression outside the gym aswell but it's managable I just have to tell myself to calm down and take a timeout for a minute. Specially if I'm stressed at work.

Sex drive is trough the roof, I've been banging every single day at least once in the last 2 weeks..

Deadlifted 415 for 15 reps pretty damn easy yesterday. Had to do like 13 seta of curls till my biceps where finally exhausted. Put on a good 20lbs on the bb curls. I did 80 before with very strict form for 9-12 reps and now I do the 100 for 8-10 with a very strict form.

Lat pulldowns from 200 with 12 reps and strict form to 250 (full stack) for 12 with good form.

Strength is increasing by day so far.. It's freaking awesome.

Using 500mg test e week plus 100ml test prop week

trouble sleeping? well i wake up once or twice at night usually between 1.15-1.45am and 3am and im wide awake but i fall back asleep pretty fast and then when i have to get up im super sleepy and grumpy.

my db' inc. benchpress went up 40lbs so far.


i caught a little cold from my room mate which gladly didn't really got into my system cause i used zinc an vitamin c as soon as i had the first symptoms so theres no train today.

i can def. tell my mood is much worse then it was before AAS lol. i get aggravated and bothered way quicker by anything even stupid stuff at home but gladly i have myself under control. :devil2:

go back to gym this sunday to train chest, hopefully i put on some more weight before my cycle ends.

280lbs today and i feel watery bloated. my boss asked me if i would be on something since i got so freaking huge lately lol plus everybody in gym starts noticing how strong and big i got in such a little time. lol
 
ok guys. still at 280 but i lost a shit load of water from the dbol.

i have 2 more weeks to go and now all of the sudden at the end of the cycle the strength is kicking in like crazy.

so i don't know should i do 16weeks instead of 14 now ?

i db benchpressed the 130lbs db's today for reps on the incline bench until my hip started cramping. i can remember at the beginning of the cycle it was like 85lbs for reps.. sometimes 90 for reps lol. benchpress was my big weakness.

squats went up to 405 for 9-12 deep atg reps.
deadlifts, still stuck at 525lbs
bb shoulder presses: up to 225 for reps.

thats about the basics..
 
little update.

finished cycle at 283lbs. got sick beginning this week with a sinus infection. got the full package, amoxicillin, vicodin, sudafef, flonase

feel like shit and can't train this and next week.


today started pct. im at 278lbs

still eating large like always, lost a good amount of water. im sure im gonna keep most of the muscle size i gained trough the cycle.

already started to plan for my next cycle.
will prolly go with 750mg test e for 14 weeks and 6 weeks anavar with something else can't make up my mind yet.
