First cycle: Test e/tbol

decided to run my first cycle of gear

current stats:
height 5ft 10
weight 84kg
bf 12%
21 yo

have been lifting for roughly four years, currently following a strict diet and 6day a week training program.

Cycle:
weeks1-10 test e at 250mg 2 x week
week 1-4 tbol at 30mg ed
arimadex 0.5mg eod

PCT starting week 12
nolvadex 40mg ed 4 weeks
hcg 500ius 2x week

starting the cycle in a week, just waiting for the gear to arrive, any feedback or critique would be greatly appreciated

will be sure to keep you guys updated during the cycle

Well its already ordered so I guess your mind is made up but id say you're too young bro. But....

Run the test for 12 weeks not ten. No need for the Tbol in your 1st cycle. Just see how it goes with test only, like the stickies will tell u. Start at .25mg EOD on the arimidex. Clomid and Nolva are used in post cycle therapy (pct). Check out the PCT sticky. Some use the HCG on cycle, for the blast before PCT, or both.

Try taking another day off

i'll be sure to purchase some clomid as well, so i should only up the dose of arimadex to .5mg if i notice any bloating, sore nipples etc?... when should i start using hcg? have been recommended to start at week 4 or whenever i notice any shrinkage.
 
Honestly tbol at 30 mg isnt even worth taking... i just finished up at 50mg ed and personally I would never run it again at that dose. WAY to mild. You would never even know you were on an oral. run it at ATLEAST 50mg ed and dose entire dose preworkout to feel the most out of it. I split mine into 2 doses and i didnt feel anyting on it, once i did entire dose prework it was much better.. but still not worth the money IMO.

No problem bro. Yeah I would up the dose if the sides started to become more pronounced. Id start HCG around week 5 to 7, personally.

Ive been wondering about the Tbol and was going to incorporate it instead of Dbol in my next cycle. KInda hearing mixed reviews about it but it for certain the mg per mg effects are clearly different. I wanted to run it at 50mgs ED for 4 weeks. I know everyone is different so I think Ill just order both lol.
 
Yea man, some people love it, others dont. Guess you just gotta find your sweet spot with the dosing.. If i ever run it again (which i probaby wouldnt over dbol/anadrol) id run it at atleast 75 mg ed

gear is ready so will collect on monday, have purchased clomid, nolvadex, arimadex, 50x10mg tabs tbol and two vials of test e. the gear is really easy to get so will purchase the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) around week 5 or so, i know the tbol is not enough but it's extremely pricey so just going to give it a go at 50mg ed for 10 days, if all goes well I'll extend that to four weeks.

will upload pics of the gear and myself on monday

Current Gym Stats (will give more detailed log as I progress)

Max for Chest
Bench: 4x110kg
Dumbell Press: 14x40kg

Dumbell Curls:4x10 16kg

leg press: 4x12 310kg

by next week i'll add deadlift, squat etc
 
ok so my gear arrived today, took 30mg tbol about an hour before workout and did my first test e pin about 30 mins ago.

i was rather nervous about injecting myself but was surprised how it didnt hurt at ALL! massaged injection site (right quad) and all seems fine so far.

did chest and tri's today, nothing really different except for a much greater pump! probably just placebo from taking the tbol.

tomorrow is back and bi's, will take photos tomorrow and upload.

todays workout:

bench press 4 set build up
fly's 4x12
cable cross over 4 set build up

did a 4 super sets of 20 push ups, 10 dips
rope pull down 4x10-12
kick backs: 4x12
one hand reverse pull down
 
i know the 30mg of tbol is a low dose, but going to keep it at 30mg for this week and see how it goes and if i dont have any sides then may up it to 50mg

anyone whose done a similar cycle please let me know your results, i'm 84kg and am really determined to reach 92kg with +/-8% bf
 
ok so it's day 3, right quad has hurt a lot since first pin, followed proper pin protocol and kept it clean and sterile, no warmth or swelling so dont think it's an infection, read a few posts saying their first pin was the same so hoping tomorrow's pin treats me well... have uploaded some pics, know my legs need work so really keen to punish the legs over the next 12 weeks

any feedback would be appreciated

Just virgin muscles brother. Each new area will hurt the first few times. Plus over time your technique will become better and that will help minimize the pip. I'll be following. Good luck!

thanks for the advice man, will keep you posted with the next pin... any suggestions on liver support? am currently taking milk thistle tabs twice a day
 
NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) this is what im taking now. I was told about this from a good bro on here. 1200mg daily with injectable, 1800mg when orals are present
 
never heard of it but will research it and be sure to grab some soon... what was your first cycle and how were your gains?
 
My first was test and deca. Gained 20 lbs. Used 3j for my diet . I definitely recommend him if you need to get your diet in line. I'm about to use him for a carb cycling diet on my test/tren cycle
 
20lbs! nice going man!... all the best for the tren, read some heavy stuff about it, i'll definitely consider him, am going to see how i progress over the next 4 weeks and then re assess training and diet.

took 50mg tbol today about 3 hours before workout, worked MUCH better than the 30mg dose, did a great leg session, pip in the right quad dissipated after warm up and so I'm sure all I needed was some extra blood flow in the legs. had an insane pump in my quads and calves, basically crawled out the gym, had huge amounts of energy and focus (prob placebo but still feels great!!!)

did 2nd pin in left quad about 4 hours after the session, all went well

no sides except for a raging sex drive!
 
2nd pin went well with exception of the pip, it was ridiculous! limping around for days, left quad did just not agree with the test, was swollen and painful for a week, did 3rd pin in my right quad and had no pip whatsoever, think i'm going to keep it there from now on.

Tbol is finished and i must say it worked but nothing to rage about, i"ve lost some body fat and gained 1.2kg so far, 4th pin is tomorrow and lets hope there's no pip with that!

i bought some Anavar (var) , 2x (50x10mg tbas) going to start that next week at 50mg per day. the tbol gave me a great pump but really want to tr out the Anavar (var) , it was really pricey so hoping it's good quality Anavar (var) .

no side effects except for the pip in my left quad, strength has increased slightly but i have insane aggression in the gym and often find myself doing extra sets because i'm so amped up, loving it!

am running arimadex at .5mg eod as i started getting a bit of bloat, is working well

hitting the gym hard tomorrow and will update after 4th pin.

any suggestions on how to split up the Anavar (var) dosage?
 
4th pin went well, had no pip whatsoever, right quad is definitely the way to go for me, workouts have been slightly shorter than usual as i've increased my cardio a lot, really want to get down to that 6% bf range!! despite the sessions being slighter shorter they are a lot more intense, my aggression in the gym is increasing with every session, no real gain in strength yet but i do recover quicker, both in between sets and after each session, have noticed some changes, pecs are definitely fulling out and abs are showing themselves a bit more.

did 5th pin this morning, and took 20mg Anavar (var) , i take the other 30mg about an hour before the session, going to leave all training for the evening as my morning sessions just dont match up to my evening sessions and have always preferred training in the evenings.

as for the tbol, i know ten days isnt enough time to tell but i honestly didnt get much out of it except for a great pump, will let you guys know how the Anavar (var) goes, have 20days worth and if it goes well i'll extend it to 6weeks.

training spilt:

mon: chest and tri's plus 40 min cardio

tues: back and bi's

wed: abs, obliques and calves, 40 min cardio

thurs; quads and hams

fri: shoulders and abs 40 min cardio

sat: calves and whatever i feel needs a bit of extra work

i am training abs and calves twice a week, as my calves really need improvement and well as for the abs- we all know ladies love them abs:)

diet_average day looks like this:

breakfast: oats/8whole scrambled eggs

snack: chicken salad/tuna salad/bowl of yoghurt

lunch: chicken pasta/ chicken or tuna sandwhiches

snack: protein shake/yoghurt/ left over dinner

post workout is always two servings of whey protein, have at least 4 servings a day (+-90g protein)

dinner Anavar (var) ies but usually stay away from the carbs and eat as much meat as possible


as for the test e, it may not have kicked in yet for strength and gains, but it is sure doing its work in keeping things looking up everyday

Like everyone else has said, you are still young and should wait until you have reached your natural threshold,

But seeing as though you have started, good luck and all the best...

Everyone is right about your tbol, dosage is way too low, I take double that dose and even more sometimes so I would def up your dosage or switch to dbol, much cheaper and you can run it @ 50mgs per day
 
Make sure you injecting your upper outer quad too,

try warm up your vials before drawing, makes the oil flow smoother, and inject very sloooooow... the slower the better

make sure you aspirate properly as the quads have plenty nerves, blood vessels and veins etc, gets better over time, I love my quad jabs, I only do quads and delts nowadays, don't bother with glutes.

I warm up my vials before I draw, draw with a 20g, inject with a 23g 1" needle and inject very slowly, I don't feel a thing, even in the days following...

Also, try run your Anavar (var) for 8 weeks @ 80mg, that's the sweet spot for me
