first cycle test enanthate and cypionate

after alot of research im starting a cycle of black widow test 400, 200mg cyp 200mg enan.

the pip is horendous, i have pin exp 4m helpin mates. was taught by a doc friend of mine. did first pin friday due next one thursday.

im 24, 15stone flat, 6ft5, training on and off for 4 years although this last year been real serious about it .... hit a plateau.


wks 1-9 450 mg test e and test c
wks 12 -15 clomid 20mg ed


is 9 weeks too short? should i extend to 12? if i stop at 9 the esters will stil be prominante for 3 weeks approx, this is what i have been advised.

In my opinion your kinda small to be doing roids. Whats your diet like? Anyways i would run it for 12 and i would go ahead and make it an even 500mg of test. Plus i would have some adex on hand in case gyno pops up
 
well i eat a balanced diet, nw im juicing im eating appx 4000 cals, i try to buy lean organically produced meats, alot of turkey, chicken steak mince etc. lots of cod and white fish, also a range of carbs from pasta and potato dishes etc.

i look small but i have hit a plateau. for instance im stuck at 80kgs on bench, have tried lots of natty supps to no avail.
 
alright man you gotta eat big to be big, post your diet up on the diet forum and let 3j take a look at it. Trust me with a good diet you will blow up even without aas.
 
I have to agree with Motor on this one. You look super small in the above picture. I would say this take 1-2 months and get your diet right (I can tell by the picture that its slacking in all aspects-if you were consuming the right amount of food you would be bigger than you are in the picture- if anything, at least would have some more meat on your bones). Remember, even if you do steroids and your diet is not right YOU WILL NOT GROW. Give yourself at least a month and see how much you can take in everyday then go to the roids. Trust me, this is your best bet!!!!!! PM me if needed, I can help if you need something further.
 
dont forget im 6ft 5 so im bound to nt look my weight , im naturally a slim build. i wil post a pic as i am nw asap im about half a stone heavier than i am in pic.

i realise the importance of diet and i eat well believe me. im naturally slender though.

I answered back with a few questions.
 
^^^^ bro eat around 5-6000 calories. a guy your size should do at least 3000-3500 calories to maintain.

do the test for 12 weeks and bump the dose to 5-600mg/week pined twice weekly
 
ok guys going to do 500 a wk now. will pin today. i guess thats another sore ass cheek lol.

believe me im packing the calories down.

remember you should be eating like this whether your juicing or not....when you come off cycle, you still need to keep your calories high to help maintain your gains

i get this a lot with people who are not ready, i look at their diet and its no where near it should be and the first reponse is "I'm going to start eating more when I'm on". Thats not how you should go about it.

I wish you the best and at 500mg/wk you should make some great gains if you eat enough and train hard. Just remember, maintain the diet and intensity when you come off so your body can adjust to the new mass!
