I'm not one for forced reps or assisted reps either. If you're working to failure you're overtraining. I can see working to failure once a month or every 2 months but no every workout of a body part

weight 215 still. shoulders tday. db presses at 65x10, 90x5, 95x5.. side laterals at 40x10 dropset to 20 till failure for 3 sets.. then hit rears with rev pec dec and finished with upright rows.
 
215.. arms felt so damn strong tonight. strength is awesome now. for machine dips i used 350 for 4 set 6 reps, skulls 120x6 for 4 sets, pushdowns.. e-z bar curl 115x6 4 sets, preacher curls 95x6 4 sets, hammer curls 40x6 4 sets.
 
well ive been out of town for a while but am back now. had arms last night. id have to say that it was the absolute best arm workout ive ever had. worked then so hard my nerves started twitching. theyre sore as fuck this morning too. but we did straight bar curls, close grip bench, hammers, db skull crushers, cable curls, and machine tri extensions. the pump was rediculous. the eq is bringing out some nice vascularity too. and i feel strong as hell.
