why do you need a spotter on back day ?dolf said:still at 215, had back tonight. t bar rows at 90x10, 135x10, 180x5, 205x5. hammer strength lat pull down at 90x10, 135x10, 180x8, 180x8. seated cable row at 180x10, 180x10. finished up with regular lat pull down at 220x6, 220x6 then abs and calves. i still dont have a spotter so im not going as heavy as i can but i felt really strong today. the test is deffinitly kicking in. this is f-ing awesome!!
