First Cycle Test Only. Progress and Pics

Hello everyone on these forums. I have been doing alot of research on getting my first cycle up and going. Ive been in the debate about it for about a month before I got the gear and about another month before I even started lol. But I am currently on my FIRST CYCLE I would appreciate any feedback, dos and donts, and advice for a newbie like me.

Cycle 1 :


TEST E @ 500 mg / week for 10 weeks

PCT: Nolva/Clomid ( Not Gaspari's), Arimidex on hand for gyno issue.


STATS:

23 Years Old
6'1''
234 pounds as of 5/7/12

Workout split into 3 days: pulls, pushes, and other.

Diet is as clean as possible, plenty of water intake and good quality foods. Consume about 3-4000 calories per day including all meals and shakes.

LIFTS MAX's BEFORE CYCLE:
Bench: 285x3
Squat: 545x3 (full)
Clean: 235x2
Split Jerk: 275x3
Deadlifts: Plenty (dont have exact max)

Pinning once per week and splitting dose into 2 250 pins in glutes. FIRST PIN @ SUNDAY May 6.

My main concern is my workout routine. In college I did division 1 track and field for Rutgers and I am used to the olympic style lifting techniques ( front squats, hatches, and so on..). I am looking for help making a solid lifting regime where I go to the gym 3 times a week 4 if I have to because of my work schedule. I split weight lifting and conditions 70/30.

oh and i dont have a body fat percentage amount but i would say in the dozen range.
And my Goal in the cycle is to just lose some body fat and get a little more gains. Im not the type that needs to bench 405 even though i would love too but im comfortable with my strength now and the ones that will come with the cycle should be fine. should I make my reps 8-12 rather than alternating from 2-5

If yiur cutting your cals are most likely to high at 4k. I'm bulking at less then that
And I'd split up yiur shots to twice a week not two dif muscles there's no point in spreading it out unless yiur hitting over 4cc
 
I like to split my training into 5 sessions (Mon - Fri), which consists of:

Monday - arms
Tuesday - legs
Wednesday - chest + tri's
Thursday - back + bi's
Friday - shoulders + traps

And for sets, I tend to do:

1 x 15 warm up
1 x 10-12
1 x 8-10
2 x 6

This training method has always worked for me. I think that training those body parts like so gives plenty of time for each muscle group to recover for the next workout. And then the whole weekend off (or cardio) will fully recover the muscle groups. I also think it's very important to include really heavy sets in there, so one week in the month I will focus in the 2-4 rep range. Negative reps are also a good shocker!

EDIT: I also agree with Four1Thr33... If you're cutting some fat then 4000 calories is definitely too high. Try 3000 cals/day and work from there! And yeh, pin twice a week, not once.

yeah i would love to go and hit a muscle group each individual day and go 5 days but i work and have other commitments that keep me from going other days.

41Three thanks for the advice ill cut it down 1000 calaroies and one less shake that should help me cut more because im over 230 already i would like to be a solid strong like 215 you know.

bump for more details hit gym today. shoulders and bis felt really great . im only into less than a week but i guess it might be mental when should i start seeing my abs morre and seeing my body change more
 
Just a question .. where i injected all 500 mg into one shot and didnt split it as recommended (which i will be doing now) I have sweeling and redness black and blue area around injection should i be really nervous
 
Bro you should really be doing more research before you start. Suppose it's a bit late now... You should split those injections up. Are you pinning correctly? And being sterile? aspirating, etc..?

Tdee is total daily energy expenditure. Meaning how many calories you consume to stay exactly where you are. You either eat above or below this level to gain/lose accordingly. No offense but you should have known that log before you picked up a needle. I suggest you do several hours of research ASAP if you're going to continue. And since you are looking to lose a lot of weight... You should be doin that with two things: diet and cardio. Testosterone will not help you lose weight. Also merely saying that you are going to eat clean is not enough... You probably already know that. But just to be sure you may want to post up a diet and BF%. 3-4k is a huge gap in an amount of calories. You should be consuming much closer to an exact number per day.And macros are very important as well. There is much to learn bro. Trust me, it's very easy to waste time, money and hours of hard work all over eating incorrectly.

You said your post cycle therapy (pct) is not gaspari. This concerns me a bit because gaspari is a supplement manufacturer. You are not using anything over the counter right? You have legit serms?

And lastly, what gear are you using? Did you research the lab?

I said not gaspari because my serms are legit and not GNC quality. 3000 calories to 3500 calories is my target count and i was told that that isnt a huge range and a good target. the gear is leggit and the vials were sealed and I know theyre legit cuz where i shot it is swollen and it hurts just as ppl told me test shots would
 
I've never had pain from test shots. um.. actually from any shot.

good that your gear and pct are legit. Good luck and you may still consider posting up a diet.
 
Swollen brother? That doesnt sound good. All I get is some muscle sorenes the next day, it feels almost exactly the same as doms just more localized to the injection site.
