First Cycle Test P/Anavar - before pics

So finally got to go to the gym and toss some weights around. I was doing chest, tri's and some core.

Warmed up with some free weights just to get the muscles going then my work out went like this:

Chest -
Flat Bench: 205x10/225x8/245x6/205x10
Incline DB: 80'sx10/85x8/90x8/90x6
Incline DB Flies: 25x10/30x8/30x8
Cables targeting lower chest.
Push ups: 20/20/20

Tri's -
Diamond Cutter DB: 90x10/90x10/95x8
Cable One Arm Tricep Extension: 4 sets on 30 setting
Dips (not weighted just body weight)
Push ups: 20/20/20

Core -
Leg raise: 15 reps 3 sets
Crunches: 15 reps 3 sets

Had a good work out, got a good sweat on. I use jack3d for Pre-workout so the pumps are always good. Had the tunes bumping so I Was in the zone and concentrating on form. Pin tomorrow. Going for left glute.
 
Pinned left quad today. Was my first time aspirating. I don't know why but I was scared to aspirate. Anyways did today, no blood and now I am not scared to do it so will be aspirating from now on. The injection went fine, no pain.

Work out was back and bi's:

warmed up with some machines and then went onto the free weights.

Back:
dead lifts: 4 sets of 8-10
wide grip pull ups with body weight: 4 sets of 10
close grip pull downs: 3 sets of 8
bent over rows: 4 sets of 8
wide grip pull downs: 4 sets of 8

Bi's: DB curls 3x10
preacher curls: 3x10
seated curls: 3x10
forearms: 3x10

Will post pics probably next Friday which will be 2 weeks since first injection. Already experiencing oily skin. I never have an oily face and it seems greasy all the time. Also I swear I feel it in the gym, but pretty sure its still placebo affect.
 
how sketchy is it to buy var online? I lost touch with my buddy who I used to get it from. having trouble finding any at a decent price. (and yea I know it's expensive)
 
So just to clarify, what kinda cycle is this? Are you bulking, cutting, or just eating at maintenance?

I just started a log too, same compounds. Var 100 ED... started w prop at 100 EOD but ended up just increasing it to 150 on the third pin haha... just wanted to make the most of my first cycle, since I'm cutting I figured a higher dose of test would keep me more anabolic than a lower one

Has your prop kicked in yet? I'm on day 9 right now and have yet to feel the strength kick in... the bloat has though
 
Not really a bulking or a cutting. Just a tune up? Haha. If that makes sense.

I am on day 13, and I can notice some difference already. The veins in my arms are always popping and my gf says she can tell a difference already (could be placebo). I was thinking about bumping it up to 150 also but was getting some gnarly head aches and a little bit of blood in my snot. I read up on it and said it could be my blood pressure. Went and got my blood pressure checked and it was 130/85.

Sorry I haven't been keeping the log going, I was out of town for a few days and had just been really busy since I had been back.

Killed shoulders today, and pinned right glute. Pinning is getting easier and easier and isn't even a big deal to me anymore. I am aspirating and everything. Been trying to eat big, seems like I am always stuffing chicken, tuna or beef into my mouth haha.

Nice progress log man! Love to see some updates on your cycle as I'm about to start my first in August. The info overload on how, what, when etc. is crazy, so its cool to see whats worked for others! Good luck dude!
