First cycle TestE/Winstrol

Hey guys, I want to start off by thanking you for taking the time to read my thread and share your knowledge with me. I have done research for about 2-3 months on cycling. I contemplated oral only anavar, to oral only win to come up with Test E/Win. "Pin to win" right? This is the cycle I am going to start. Any guidance and information is heavily noted. I went from 160 to 145 10% BF all natural. I wanted to put more muscle on and gained a little fat in the process. Now I wanna shed it off and would love to stay Atleast 160 and Atleast 10%bf (goals are realistic)


21 - 5'7 165 15% BF

ORAL WIN
50mg 5-6 weeks

Test E
250'mg first week
500mg for the next 9 week
(10wks in total)

PCT

NOVA/CLOMID

I am not currently sure what doses I should take I have an idea in mind, but would love to
Hear what I should take in doses as far as PCT.

Taking fish oil pills or Msm chondroitin and glucosamine.

Is there any other things that could be refined and added?

I currently eat 4 meals a day staying around 2000-2500 calories a day counted. More toward the 2000 mark.

I take creatine and serious mass protein(1 scoop a day split into 2 shakes which is 650 calories)

You're too young to cycle. It'll shut down your natural test production and now's the time it's about to peak.

Even if you were 25 or older, with that physique, you have much work to do before enhancement. You're too small to cut. Figure out your daily caloric need, add 500 calories and lift you ass off until you gain 20 pounds. After that you can tweak your diet and training some more.

How long have you been training? No offense, but seems like not very long. Cycling at your level and age is a big mistake.

Members will be happy to help you with questions in regards to diet and training, but nobody here is going to tell you it's ok to cycle.
 
yup.. youre too young and too under developed to run a cycle.. you need a proper diet and lifting routine
 
First you are much too young and are still holding on to fat tissue from puberty. .

I will just reiterate Both the other posts. You need to train and build a base and learn how to eat with s goal in mind. Really I am sorry to say you show little to no muscle hardness and BF% is tooo high.

Winstrol shouldn't even be close in your sites. It has a specific purpose and you need to read up on it. As you should read up on most all the steroid profiles.

You need to understand the use a an AI, Estrogen n Prolactin control and much more. You are not close to ready to cycle.

As far as age, i have seen many my age stack dbol+test then cut using basic stuff like anavar or win/test and results have Been amazing. I have been weight lifting starting 3 years ago. It is difficult to hold muscle during season as i play soccer. I was hoping to shed BF and stay at 160 using winstrol.

Although my diet and routine can be tweaked and if you guys want to take the time to look at it I would appreciate it.

I would like to do whatever I can to make it more efficient whether it be now or in the future.
 
This is also my workout routine.


Day 1- Chest/Biceps
Bench press bar 4 sets 8-12 reps
Incline Bar or Dumbbell press 4sets 6-10reps
Flat Dumbbell Press or Flat hammer or machine press 4 sets 6-10 reps
Incline Dumbbell or cable flys 3 sets 8-15 reps
Dips or cable crossovers 3 sets 8-15 reps *dips to failure
Straight Bar Curls 4 sets 8-15 reps
Preacher bar or machine curls 4 sets 8-15 reps
Incline curls or concentration curls 4x 8-15 reps
Reverse curl w/ez curl bar 3 sets to failure *use moderate weight
Post workout cardio-20 mins HIIT *1min high intensity *1min low intensity

Day 2- Legs
Squats 4sets 10reps superset box jumps.
Leg extension 4sets 12-20reps
Bar or machine squats 4 sets 10-15reps
Leg press 4 sets 12-20reps
Calf raises 4 sets 20 reps
Lay down hamstring curl 4 sets 12-20reps
Walking lunges 3 sets 30steps
Post workout cardio-30mins steady

Day 3- Shoulders/triceps
Bar or dumbbell seated overhead press 4 sets 6-12 reos
Machine overhead press 3 sets 8-15 Repsol
Dumbbell side raises 4 sets 10-15 reps
Bar or dumbbell front raises 4 sets 10-15 reps
Seated bent over raises 4 sets 10-15 reps
Seated overhead ez curl bar or dumbbell triceps extensions 4 sets 10-15 reps
Skull crushers ez curl bar or dumbbells 4 sets 8-12 reps
Rope press downs 4 sets 10-15 reps
Post workout cardio- 20mins HIIT

Day 4- Back/traps
Wide grip pull ups 4 sets to failure
Wide grip pull downs 4 sets 8-15 reps
1 arm dumbbell row 4 sets 8-12 reps
Seated row cable or hammer strength 4 sets 8-12 reps
Dead lifts 4 sets 6-10 reps
Dumbbell shrugs 4 sets 15-20 reps
Rope high row 4 sets 10-15 reps
Post workout cardio- 30mins steady
 
My adice to you bro save the money you would use for the cycle aND give it to 3j. He will get you good with your diet and come back in a few years for advice. Look at 3js clients he's awesome. Gear Is not what you need at this time bro
 
I respect the fact you came here asking questions rather than just jumping on gear with no knosledge of what you are doing. or putting in your body. So good job for that bro
 
Yeah, asking for advice and knowledge is one of the best things you can do. I am very humble and I don't act like I know everything. I would like to make my diet a little better as well as refine my workout routine.

I will look into 3j's diet plans. Is there any notion to how much he charges?
 
Also, I am not flexing in any of these photos. If I update with some photos where I am flexing you can see muscle hardness?

Your workout looks solid. If anything I'd reduce the total amount of exercises you do per workout. What's your schedule? 4 days on how many off?how many times /wk in the gym.

Considering you seem clued in about the foundations of training, I'm guessing your issue is 80%+ diet. You also may be over training.

You definitely could be right. With those 4 days of working out I am in the gym an additional 2 days doing either arms or cardio or an additional leg day. I usually have Sunday's Off or the weekend.
 
Sometimes I'm usually right.

Keep those four days of lifting. Subtract 1-2 exercises per day. Tighten up your diet and maybe refrain from cardio. Your diet determines your fat loss/gain by a factor of 10 over cardio.

Read up in the diet section and post your diet there for 3j to look at. It's free.
