Following the good advice from this board and reading a lot of stickies I've formed my first cycle. My main goal is weight loss, but a little extra muscle definition certainly isn't going to hurt.
I'm 32, 6ft1', just over 100Kg. I estimate my body fat to be 25% and decreasing daily.
I'm doing a hell of a workout in the gym every day. Sometimes I'm in there twice a day doing mainly cardio and stepping that up as well as doing weights and stepping that up too.
Currently doing 250 test twice a week, in the middle of a clen cycle and doing 100mcg T3 each day.
My question is: given my BF% and other information given - should I be taking some Nolva and Clomid during this cycle or should I start taking that after stopping the test?
