First cycle! Thoughts and opinions welcome

Hey guys,

New here!

So after a couple months of research I've decided to take the plunge and start my first cycle lol. I've been training steady for a few years now gains are starting to slow.
Read a ton of threads and constant research so thought I'd get some advice on my new venture.

A little about me:
28 yrs
6'1
225
Around 13-17% bf
Train 5 days a week and one full cadio day
Taking in about 3000 calories, 250g protein.



Here's what I have on hand:
Test c
Dbol
Anavar
Arimidex

Suggested cycles? I've jotted down a few, now just looking for some opinions with what I have and/or should add.

Could just run test cycle since it's first one but wanting to stack

You only want test first cycle to see how you react and manage E2 issues if not you won't know what's causing you problems.

You didn't post about blood work or your PCT which shoukd be clomid and nolva.

Pre for base line , mid to adjust AI dosage if need to/ and see if your gear is g2g and post to make sure you recovered

Just run the Test. You'll gain enough just on that and for a first cycle you'll get a LOT out of it. Second cycle is where you can experiment.

I see you mentioned various AAS and an AI, but do you have your PCT ready?

Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20

And should I be getting hcg or will I be fine without it?

Blood work to be done before, a couple week into then after pct.

Any other input??

HCG is recomended. It keeps the testes working which makes recovery easier. There is never a garuntee you will recover it's a chance everyone takes. Why not increase your chances add the HCG.

Thanks for your input. I'll start with a test only cycle running hcg and arimidex along the way and pct with nolvadex and clomid. I'll save the anavar and dbol for a stack down the road!

Run test only like others say, but hold off on the HCG. Most likely you wont need it, and If your body comes back naturally then do it that way. Then u avoid having to use HCG all the time.

Why would you advise not using HCG on his first cycle? It increases your chance recovery why wouldn't he use it?
Can you give some type of study that backs up your suggestion?

because as i said he probably wont need it. nolva/clomid should be fine, hcg i think is overkill. If your body never gets a chance to come back on its own and youre always shooting up hcg it betters your chances for becoming dependent on it.

You use HCG on cycle so that your testes stay active and hence they aren't so shut down. You're giving out advice that could cause irreparable damage to his reproductive system due to ignorance.

Do not listen to siq, There is absolutely no reason why you would not want to run hCG. Every time you shut your natural test production down you risk the possibility of it never coming back online. Even if it is your first cycle. Running hCG will produce LH which signals the testes to produce test, even though it will want to shut your natural production down. This helps by keeping your system going and have a faster restart when you go through pct. Not using hCG is ignorant.
