first cycle

done alot of research an have test E an the plan is to run 500 mg for 10 wks shots on monday and thur. 250 ea. im 5'9 215 37yrs old lifted 2 yrs. have 400 of tren but have been advised to box it up for a later cycle. will the test give quailty gains by itself ? my diet has LOTS of protien apro.2grams per body wt. Med. to low fat all around pretty clean diet. I HATE FUCKIN CARDIO how much would be the min. Any advise would b greatly app. i wrk out 4 days a week. HARD no more than 1 hr unless cardio then 1.5
 
the quality of the gain you will get with test is directly in relation with your diet, sleep.

for i see, your workout is in a good shuddle 4 time week with cardio is good enough.

2.5 grms of prot per BWT, it mean than you need 4 gram carb per BWT.

one gram of protein need usualy almost 1.2 gram of carb to be metabilized.

test as first cycle is realy good. especialy at your age. you wll get benefits, sure.
 
thanks for the imput. i just dont want to over do it or waste it by not doing enough. so many diff. opinions on the RIGHT way to run a cycle its a pain in the ass for a first timer.
 
test is best for a first cycle u will see some great gains and tren is not something u wanna mess with until u do atleast three cycles since tren is so harsh on the body u wanna have a lil more exp then just one cycle..
