Beginning lifts: curls 100x10
deadlift 485x1
squat 385x5
bench 295x1

First time cycle for me, 22yrs old, 208lbs at start, 5'9'' ... started 3 weeks ago now. It got messed up cause of worrying about potential side effects so i wanted to avoid all androgens at first, then i decided to experiment with a few things to try them out... the rest of my cycle from now will run a lot smoother plus any more i do after this one....beginners mistake i guess....
anyways my cycle was running:
week 1: 400mg deca
200 mg primo
100mg/day test gel caps (specially made by pharmacist to bypass the liver and go straight through the lymphatic system)

week 2: 400mg deca
200mg primo
40mg oxandrolone/day

week 3: 400mg deca
200mg primo
2cc's clenbuterol syrup

That's what i've done so far. After 3 weeks im up to 228lbs... like i said i screwed up goin between chemicals but starting with today's shot my cycle that will stay the same until the end. It consists of:

week 4-10: 400mg deca
500mg sustanon
2cc's clenbuterol syrup( increasing as needed)


Anyways i'll keep my progress posted

Starting to notice some lift increases since the beginning of my cycle

Deadlift : 505lbs
Dumbell Shoulder Press 80x10 for 5 sets

No real huge increases yet i guess... just cant wait for the sustanon to kick in... just did my first shot yesterday
 
Chest and bi's yesterday... got an amazing pump in my biceps, it felt like the muscle was about to tear through the skin
Chest seems to be doing alright as well. Was able to do 265x6 easily, probably could have squeezed out closer to 10 if i had a spotter
Unfortunately starting to notice quite a bit of acne on my chest, shoulders and back and there's some definite testicular atrophy
 
Cut out the clen as well... gonna save that until the end of the cycle when i'm cutting down
 
havent posted anymore progress cause as it turns out the deca was definitly fake and the sustanon was extremely questionable... looks like any weight and strength increases were natural mabye from the huge calorie increase....
anyways workin on gettin some more stuff now thats legit so i'll post progress when i can get my hands on something

organon turkish susts and just stupidity on my part a 20ml jug of deca which was apparently made by organon in ontario... should have known better on that one considering i've never and no one else ever seems to have heard of such a thing... little too trusting i guess
 
i've found out that about the only things that are available to me right now that are guaranteed legit are tren and dbol so im gonna take do an 8 week cycle runnin

week 1-8 100mg tren EOD
week 1-8 30mg D-bol ED
 
gettin my hands on everything to do i'll post my current status before cycle starts again

Max lifts at: Bench 315x1
Deadlift 535x1
Squat still around 385x5... dont really do max lifts on legs since both my knees are screwed
Curls 100x10
Incline Dumbell 90x10
Incline Flyes 50x10
Close Grip seated rows 200x10
 
3 shots in now on the tren and things are lookin good already. Starting the d-bols later in the week probably on fri...

anyways went to the gym today and worked chest... big improvement, put up 335 for one clean unassisted rep and 5 assisted afterwards with the first 2 requiring minimum help.
Pumped out solid sets of bench, incline dumbell press and pec dec
Weight is up as well... weighing in at 234 as of today.

In response to that i was also given some free orals to pop with my injectables.... no doubt they were real... but they were only small amounts and temporary to try out
 
Did back yesterday and things were looking good there already as well...
on deadlift I was able to put up 545x1 without too much trouble
did several sets of close grip seated rows including one at 210x6
Did some lat pulldowns with some different grips as well but nothin much of a change there as far as weights were concerned
 
First day on the D-bols...
Did shoulders yesterday and had pretty solid workout... did a few sets of dumbell shoulder press at 90x6. Did some reverse flyes, laterals and shrugs as well...got a huge pump in my shoulders
Weighed in at 238 yesterday as well...weight seems to be increasing a lot real quick.
 
Several days in now on the D-bols... not too sure whats happening exactly, my weight was down to 234 at the gym yesterday... dunno whether the tren is starting to burn off some bodyfat or whether it was just due to my water intake being really low yesterday and the day b4...
either way i still seem to be making progress, benched 335x2 yesterday and pyramided down to 315, 275x 2 sets, 225x 2 sets and finished off pumpin them out at 185. Did some incline dumbell press at 90x4, pyramided down to 75x 2 sets, 50x 2 sets. Finished off pumping my chest up with 5 sets on the pec deck. See how my weight is tomorrow i guess after loading back up on water.
 
Did back yesterday... things are still increasing pretty stready i guess. Did 555x 1 on deadlifts, made and attempt at 565 but was pushing my luck on that one i guess...
Pumped out 5 sets of lats pulldowns and 5 of close grip seated rows with a descending pyramid on both.
 
Did shoulders yesterday and things went fairly well... did dumbell shoulder press for 6 sets from 90's for 2 sets for 8 and 6 reps 70's for 2 sets and pumped out 50's for 2. Pumped out 5 sets of laterals with 40's and did some uprights rows for 5 sets and reverse flyes for 5 sets.
 
Did arms yesterday and got an amazing pump... supersetted barbell curls and close grip bench for 6 sets and finished off with a superset of cable curls and tricep pressdowns with a the last set of each an intense drop-set. Weighed in yesterday and have finally hit the 240 mark.
 
Chest day yesterday... my lifts seem to be increasing at an incredible rate...
warmed up on 2 sets of bench and did 1 set of 350x2, 1 set of 365x1, 1 set of 315, 2 of 275, 2 of 225 and 2 of 185... moved over and pumped out 5 sets of incline press and 5 sets of pec dec.
 
Did back today... things went fairly well
On deadlifts I did 2 warm up sets at 225X15 then jumped to 565x1, made an attempt at 575 but it wouldnt go, dropped down to 405 for 1 set, 315 for 2, repping out at each one.
Did 5 sets of lat pulldowns afterwards repping at 180 and 5 sets of close grip seated rows repping at 220.
