First Cycle

Hey Guys,

I just moved to Mexico and I am thinking about doing a cycle. I do not want to get bigger, I just want to get more definition. I currently run between 5-8 miles a day and I also do resistance training to stay fit. I am in good shape, I just cant get to the ripped level that I want. Can anyone recommend a cycle that might be good for someone like me? I look forward to your comments and thanks.
 
Testosterone propionate (400ml/week)/10 weeks stacked wit anavar or Winstrol/ed/last 5 weeks of your cycle, a clean diet, a good amount of cardio (you're over doing it with 5-8 miles/day. and dont run, keep a 125-135 beats/minute). Just my opinion. I'm working on something similar, so I'm not there just yet, but that's what I've been learning

Why are people giving info without knowing 1 single thing about this person ? Besides that he lives in Mexico.
 
I am 31, I weigh 175 lbs, and I eat very well. I don't need help with my diet. I feel like I get plenty of cardio work everyday. I am training right now for a marathon in September. I just want to get myself over this plateau that I have hit.

Hey guys, sorry to hijack the thread but I tried to start a topic and couldn't.
I'm on a 30 day anavar cycle. Only looking to gain a little hard definition. Been on for 4 days and feelin pretty good. I'm on 20 ED for the first 10 days and will be going to 30 for the middle 10. Question is, would it be better to do 20 in the am and 10 in the pm or break up into three 10 mg doses?
6ft 190....10%. been lifting since the teenage years and I'm 31.
Not really taking anything else just a preworkout on some days. Thanks for the help.

Walt plz take offense to this, but everyone who comes on here with just a few posts says there diet is G2G and 99.999% are no where close to right. Do you have any idea what your macro split is? How many calories you take in everyday? How far apart your meals are? Once again I mean no disrespect to you, but ppl are gonna wanna know everything before you get good advice.
 
Thanks, I understand what you are getting at. I use a runners diet which is 50% carbs, 25% protein, and 25% fat. I stay within the 1800 calorie a day range and I eat at 7,9,12,3,5,and 7. I run 4 days a week, and I do resistance training on my off days. I hope that helps. Thanks for all of the help.
 
Ok, I know you said you dont want to gain weight, but In order for your muscles to grow and to get more definition you are gonna need more calories than that, If you rrunning that much your burning more calories than your eating. And if you run AAS with that diet your not gonna get much out of it. I'm kinda shooting in the dark here but your gonna need at least 2500 calories. If you are gonna run a cycle I would jsut recommend a simple test cycle 500mg/wk for 12 weeks, Keep an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand cuz you will retain some water. You will probably have someone tell you jsut run Winstrol, DONT, it will dry you out and your joints will hurt, It will lean you out while your running it but when you come off your body will replace the water it moved out and you will have nothing but sore joints and a few weeks of ripped look. You might just look into running some clenbuterol if you jsut wanna lose some fat and dont care about gaining weight, it will burn the fat off pretty quick. But be smart and research it it can be dangerous if not run right, I think that may be more what your looking for than AAS. Ket us know what you decide brother
