21 years old next month 5'10'' 145lbs BF is in the single digit %

Wk 1-10 test ethanate 500mg/week into two injections
Wk 1-5 30mg DBol
PCT is nolvadex 40/40/20/20
I might throw in some clomid 50/50/50

I havent taken any supps in a while to focus on my diet but for my cycle i have
Cytogainer
Orange Triad multi
NutraSea fish oil
AllMax creatine mono creapure
UniLiver from a friend i wouldnt buy it but might as well throw a couple caps in with meals

2 1/2 years ago i took some PH and when they didnt work ran some DBol with no post cycle therapy (pct). I didnt know what i was taking and how bad it was, since then i put on 25lbs naturally and ready to cycle properly.
 
Took my first pin today, not gonna lie i was shaking a little cause **** i hate needles! Went in so easy pretty much painless, had a competetive powerlifter with me to show how to do everything properly and pinned me in the butt so i could see how to do it. Next one ill do myself. Its been a couple hours and no soreness or anything yet.
 
OK right away start to work on your diet. I am 5'10" and have not weighed 145 since I was like 14. I see you have a smaller frame but you should be able to hit 185 by 23 y/o.

i hit safeway the other day and got alot of food. feel free to pick apart my diet this is what i ate today.
fruit smoothie banana, blueberries, yogurt, 2tbsp olive oil, milk, 2 scoop cytogainer.
half a lumberjack sandwich from safeway
whole grain pasta, ground beef, mushrooms, tomato sauce
cytogainer shake at work
gym
cytogainer shake
brown rice, borccoli, chicken breast
im gonna eat a couple beef hotdogs on whole grain buns then pass out.
 
Pinned my other cheek today, this one hurt i was pushing kindof hard to make sure it was deep in the muscle.
I tried to aspirate even though the guy who did my first one said it was unneccesary. it didnt work out too well flicking it with my thumb and trying to keep the pin in the same depth while i was injecting. hopefully ill get better at it after a few more.
Im staying away from the scale cause i know anything will just be water. its getting tiring forcing myself to eat maybe ill just blaze up.
 
Hey man if you haven't already, you should check out the thread 'Free Diet Advice from 3J' - it's a sticky in the diet section. He tells you how to calculate your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) which will help you determine how many calories per day you should be taking in (e.g. more than TDEE to bulk).

Personally, I would recommend less shakes and more whole foods. I know it is really easy to mix up and down a shake, but it just isn't the same as real food bud. I'm your height and also have low BF at around 6-7% and I've managed to put on about 17 lean lbs in the last 5-6 weeks or so completely natty. You'll be amazed at the difference good diet makes man.
 
I am about at the same time period as you. I hit 8 days today, pinning on Mon and Thurs, 250 each pin test Enth. Keeping hoping I feel something. lol.....I have no appetite really either. I am impatient. :redhot: Found that warming the pin up with a light is a bit better and not injecting in the front top of the thigh, but laterally of course. But still hurts after a day or two and for some time. I am using TestoDepot by Galen. I suspect our appetites will increase in a week or two?

im lurking the diet section and i know how important real food is but my job keeps me from eatin for up to five hours sometimes so i figure a shake is better than not eating.

im also breaking out alot i have like 10 pimples on my face and ive never had any acne problems before i didnt think they would pop up this fast!!!

pinned my right cheek. this was my third injection. im fine around needles now did it quick now that im confident on where to inject. looking forward to doing it on tuesday now.
im feeling the dbol now workouts are better maybe its just in my head though. i gained 5 lbs this week probably water but i can see the difference in the mirror.
today was cardio, abs, and did a couple rounds hitting the bag. my workout week was this
mon-chest
tues-back and bis
wed-legs
thurs-off
fri-shoulders and tris
sat-cardio
im thinking i should switch around chest and back to give my shoulders and tris more rest time. in a couple weeks ill switch this routine so i have an arms day.

this is urban legend. your body takes a long time to digest, process and use food as fuel if you feed yourself on a consistent basis (no this doesn't mean every three hours).

yeah there are some benefits to eating often - like when bulking you can divide your meals so you don't have to eat as much at one time, but as long as you're eating good food, you really don't need to eat very two or 3 hours.

eat WG to keep your blood glusose levels stable and lots of protein.

honestly not much more to it than that. don't worry as much about when and more about how much.
 
are you taking milk thistle for your liver with the dbol? and how many calories are you taking in at the moment? had any strength gains yet /?
 
So today makes 2 weeks and just did my fifth injection. The DBol is going good i definately feel it, my pimples are under control from proactive and tanning beds. My sleeps are shit so i like to grab naps whenever i can during the day i dont know if this is from the gear though.

As far as gains im up 10 pounds im sure its water but i dont look bloated and im getting lots of compliments at work. Strength gains are also coming. I like to do slow reps like 2 seconds down 2 seconds up for 8-12 reps i feel like i grow more rather than just pumping out reps as fast as i can even though i can lift more weight that way.

Incline Bench is up 10lbs
Squats are up 20lbs
Lat Pulldowns are up 15lbs
Pull-ups i can pump out 2 more reps
Every other exercise is up a little weight or just more reps. I like to hit 12 reps before adding more weight.

For my diet i pretty much eat the same things everyday to keep it easy so i can prepare most of my food for the week on sunday and take tupperwares everywhere. My diet is listed in one of my first post but now i am eating more peanut butter, vegetables, and salmon. I get about 2800-3200 calories in food everyday and then 2 cytogainer shakes a day which is like 108 protien and something like 1000 calories. Its getting easier to eat my meals so i will be upping my serving sizes. 07Lane40 i think i will try your way of eating more but less often and see how my body reacts. It makes sense i should need more time to digest the food. BTW what is WG?

I am not taking Milk Thistle because i heard that it is for PCT to help your liver recover not for during your cycle and it can be more toxic to your liver when your taking orals. I dont know if its true but my friend gave me some livercare from his last cycle so i am taking that instead. For DBol i really dont think liver care is going to help orals are so harsh your fucked anyway but it doesnt hurt so i might as well take it.
 
WG is whole grains. they'll help keep your blood glucose levels stable as opposed to refined grains.

every one will have a different approach to diet and eating and no one is 100% correct or 100% wrong (within reason) but timing is of less importance than total consumption.

however, there is a strong argument for post workout nutrition being fast delivering proteins and carbs.
 
your calories are not enough mate, you should be hitting 4-5Kcals your on dianabol too ffs.. take advantage of your metabolism and just eat whatever you see your only 145lbs.. tweak your diet otherwise the gear will be a waste.

and liver guards do help a fair bit when on dianabol anyways mate goodluck...

Use 3j's methods to get your TDEE and then find your macros.

Honestly, FOR NOW, just eat as much as you can. Like every single thing you see eat.

Its better you eat healthy, but try to put on as much weight as possible for now. Big time strength comes with weight. GJ so far.

If you have a long stretch between meals, try 1 scoop of whey, 1 scoop caesin, 1/2 cup oatmeal shake, and a handful of berries.

Although real food is superior, this will give you some faster protien and carbs, as well as slower digesting ones.
 
TDEE is at 2852 for working out 6 days a week. Ill take your advice and just eat cause getting all these calories from healthy food is so hard.

I made a pizza today hand rolled dough, tons of provalone, salami, artichoke hearts, spinach, roasted red peppers marinated in balsamic and olive oil, tomatoes and basil on top and a couple fl.oz of parm dip about 1500 cal and i dont think its that unhealthy either.

Ill add more burgers and lots of pasta and chicken to my diet and i can easily eat over 4000 calories this way. It will def pay off to work in a restaraunt!
