Hey everyone, I've been researching and have got lots of information but id
much rather get a straight forward answer.

Im 20, 6'2 175 pounds.
Been activily working out for years.
I have a stable diet..

I'm looking to do a cycle of hdrol.
I need to be more informed on what the best post cycle therapy (pct) and cycle support would be for hdrol, or just period.

Thank you.

all kinda of opinions on this... and you know what they say about opinions...

what do YOU think is the best route? give us something to work with and you're more likely to get constructive help.

also you're only 20... be sure this is a decision you really want to make. even though hdrol is OTC it IS A STEROID. meaning it can mess you up just like illegal substances.

its a lifelong commitment to this choice. cause once you do it it can't be undone and its a risk that you could leave yourself with some major issues later on in life.

I'm just looking to bulk up.. only thing I am curious about is what to take for cycle support and what for post cycle therapy (pct)? I want to avoid gyno.. number one thing I'm concerned about.

Your best option is to go see 3j in the diet section. If your 6'2 175 at 20 years of age, your not clearly eating right. Get your diet in check and go from there. Trust me he does wonders. Check other peoples threads that posted about him. I'm a client right now. Only problem with hdol is its gonna be the same as right now. Sure when you take it you'll throw on a few. But with any cycle.comes this problem its called recovery. It's when your bodies natural testosterone tales back over. Which often makes you tired and you don't have that extra energy. So what happens is you loose a lot. It's hard to keep it all regardless, but even harder when you don't eat right. At your current weight and height you don't eat right. So go this route first. Trust me you'll be a lot happier putting on natural pounds.
