First Cycle.

Im 29 years old. I trained for 3 years between 18-21, had a break to go travelling got content with ex girlfriend (lazy) and i have just started back training in September 2011 after a nasty accident @ work. With a clean diet and training im down from 210 pounds @ 30+% BF to 168 (health test + body fat test at the end of april). I am only 5 ft 6 inches tall, so am looking to lean down as much as possible with a few pounds of lean muscle on my chest,legs etc.

Ive done research,mostly from this site and have chatted with friends who have cycled.

Im thinking of doing test cyp @ 300 mgs for 12 weeks injecting once a week.
Run along with 2 ius per day of HGH having weekends off. I will continue the HGH for a further 8 weeks post test cycle. Im looking for advice if A this is a good cycle B do i need to be worried about side effects like gyno? As a friend mentioned that if doses are low the chances of gyno are very small. And c If i need the cycle at all. I have a fairly odd situation being that i need another corrective surgery on my wrist, basically i cant bench more than 20kgs, lift heavy dumbbells,do pull ups etc because i have an aggressive case of arthritis resulted from the accident in my wrist.

Any pointers would be great.
 
Ok well this is an easy one. If you cant lift then there is no need to run a cycle.

Now about your cycle. 300mg a week is extremely low, just above a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose. I would start at 4-500mg and inject every mon and thurs. Also the gh is pointless the way your trying to use it. Gh is synergistic with test but the gh needs to be ran for about 3 months before the test in order to get full benefit from it. Gh takes anywhere from 4-6 months before you even know your on it. IMO I wouldnt run gh if I wasnt planning on being on it for a year. I would get some aromasin or arimidex for the cycle and pct as well.

You didnt mention anything about pct
 
it appear as the worst idea you can have to run steroids. any steroids.

ther's other goals than growing you can have. like being defined lean, tanned, and attractive for girls.

if i was young and cant lift, i would more be worryed about seducing girls than gaining muscles you know.

some persons are not made to be big.

have a thought about the new generation of wresthlers... you see them big? no they are not, and why, to makes more girls going to see WW entertainement.

look on youtube the girls supporting the soccer players worldwide... they are pretty girls ya know... do you think Beckam or Ronaldino are big? with clothes they look as they never made sports.

and the list of chraismatics persons making low lifting is very very long.

no definitly you don't need steroids. you're a kind of guys which need simply a pursuit to a new goal.

make bodybuilding, and swiming. good food, take the sun, make you as you are always good and everything is going right in your life, even if it's very difficult sometimes.

you have to mind it : SMILE AND THE WORLD WILL SMILE WITH YOU, CRY AND YOU WILL CRY ALONE!

Hi and thanks for the reply. I cant tell the trepidation i felt posting here. I was told by a friend who has cycled that i wouldn't need pct because i was cycling so low. Im just trying to get as shredded as i can with the ailment i have. Good news though i have surgery for the end of this year. Then ill be able to lift heavy.

is it at all worth it given that i cant go heavy? are there any other cycles i could try?

hes going to get u hurt, EVERY cycle u EVER do will need a PCT..
any synthetic test will shit u down

You didnt mention anything about post cycle therapy (pct)

ive done a lot more research now and have posted another first cycle up.

this advice that your friend gave you is so fucked up... i can't even believe it...

if you can't lift heavy there's no point in taking anything... its just a waste...

and the hgh dosing your proposed is just off... you definitely need to be on it for a year and not taking weekends off... Personally i think 2 iu's is way too low... 4-5 at least...
