Been reading for a while about it. Wondering if this is a decent first cycle to take.

1-4 Beastdrol
1-4 Forged Joint Repair
1-4 Forged Liver Support
4-8 Forged Post Cycle

for real bro...Beast shouldn't be your FIRST cycle. you don't even have a SERM in your PCT? Have you done research? How old are you and what are your stats?
 
im 5'7 130, eatinga bout 2900 calories a day. Been like this for about 3 months now. No gains
 
First bro, 130lbs is light as fuck, how old are you? did you try a good diet first? if want a PH run something like epi or halo there not that strong and you will gain some decent mass on it, reaserch about pro`s and con`s and proper post cycle therapy (pct). Do your homework about this will benefits you.
 
Bro let me say this. as you know I have also been looking to start my first cycle. I was 140 5'11 eating like 2000 a day. Now im at 4000 calories a day 160 and going up.

I also have not bought my cycle yet because im undecided. But I am pretty sure the safest to start with is epistane. EPIC labs (you see thier ads on here) is having a sale on thier epistane clone (the one they made) you need like two bottles and its 20 bucks each (cheap).

I would eat a lot more and get big first, but since no one can stop you but yourself, I can give you some advice (even though ive never done a cycle) from what I have researched i the last 3 weeks - month preparing for my cycle.

yeah, 130 ain't shit and neither is 2900 calories. if you want to get big, get to your plateau naturally. you gotta eat big and train hard. and when i say eat big, i mean like 4000 calories. and not shit either. you gotta get your macros in line before you even start a cycle because diet can make or break the results.
 
Also calories is just a number man. Eat some complex carbs like boiling rice. I mix up 2 cups and eat that its usally like 800 calories and a shit load of carbs. WIll do you good.

bro im taking beastright now as we speak im on day 17 and its not alll that great of stuff, does anyone know when im suppose to start seeing gains??? i normally start seeing gains in strength in the first weeek of dbol/anadrol 50

Diet isn't about disregarding your calorie count and just eating a "shit load of carbs". And 2 cups of rice isn't really a meal. it should be a protein carb and vegetable, like chicken, brown rice and spinach or something.
Your diet should be tailored to what your goal is for your cycle. do you want to bulk up? do you want to cut bf and gain a little muscle? First cycle you should be keeping track of everything you eat, portioning it properly so you know exactly what you're putting in your body. Success on cycle isn't made by guessing what your macros are, it's made by being precise and consistent with your diet and training.
 
Please keep reading man. Just do research on what to run your first cycle (IMO something like Hdrol would be suitable), and how to have a proper post cycle therapy (pct) (a SERM is NEEDED). Also, do not forget about pre-loading, that is necessary IMO as well.
 
you need to gain weight natural first... im not going to put you down for being 130 but fck bro, thats ridiculous to even be considering a cycle and then you select beast as a first cycle... its very clear you have not done much research by this and your setup... try this for a month and see what happens... n2bulk, onslaught, gear and up your calories to about 3500 to 4000... you will put on at least 10 lbs... at 5'7" you should be at least 160...

he has a point....you need to up your cals for 6 months...if you see no gains change your training style.

I agree with this wholeheartedly. You should really spend time trying to reach your genetic limits FIRST and then move to anabolics if that is the route you wish to head down.
