First cycle

Just started my first cycle. I am 25 6' and weigh 179lbs with about 14% bf. My cycle is 500mg of sustenon every five days for 10 weeks. I am also running 25mg dbol for the first 3 weeks. The first shot was a little weird but there has been no pain at all so I guess it went well. I have completely stuffed myself and made 250gs of protien. I will keep this updated and post pics at the end. :rockband:
 
I have been traing for about seven years. I am not sure exactly I know its alot probably around 5500 calories. My ass feels like it has a huge charlie horse in it this morning.
 
i think you need to recount your calories and rethink the juice your 6' tall and weigh 179 pounds and take in almost 6,000 calories and you have been lifting for 7 years. dont get me wrong i dont mean this in a wrong way but this doesnt add up. You either have to be the worst hardgainer ive ever heard of or your doing something wrong. im 6'2 and i weigh 212 been lifting for 4 years and i havent touched juice yet.
 
Well to start things off....I just started putting down that many calories and second my training hasn't been the best all of the 7 years. If you have anything useful to say I would love to hear it.

thats sust itll hurt for a day or two next couple of times youll barely feel it...
you really need to know how many calories your eating not just a guess.....
p.s thats a pretty strong first cycle.................may i suggest you drop the dbol till your next cycle.............i stacked on my first and ran into a few problems (side effects) problem was i didnt know what substance was causing the problem.....................maybe you should head to the diet forum to get some ideas about a good mass diet...

Throw dbol away and replace it with winstrol 50mg(inj) depot ,take every week 1 ,thats total of 10 and r cycle is perfect :)
 
I just started my first cycle of test. 400mg per week. I opted to shoot the thigh, I'm getting a ton of soreness. I'm looking for some ideas on where to shoot the thigh in order to cutdown the soreness. I'm 5'8" 170 about 14% BF I'd like to get to 185. This is my first cycle.. Any info would be welcome.

I am totally new to all this, but i took my first injection in the butt yesterday, and have no pain during the injection and no pain today at all...... The 1.5 in. needle freaked my out, but i didn't even feel it, as i watched my wife slowly inject it.....
