First Epi Cycle

Hello everyone, im new to the forums as well as new to pro hormones. I have done quite a bit of research through out the thread trying to get some knowledge of what i am about to take. So in a couple of days im going to start my epistane cycle.

Week 1- 20mg
Week 2- 30mg
Week 3- 30mg
Week 4- 30mg

As well as taking my supplements such as glutamine, protein, fish oil, Vitamin C, and Mass Fuzion.

On Cycle i will be taking Cycle Support, Liver Longer, and Epi.

Cycle Support and Liver longer will be reccomended doses per day

And off cycle i was just going to take Nolva.

Also curious on how much nolva to take, cause i am taking the LiquidNolva.

Im curious on if this will be a good cycle and if i am missing anything important. I want to have the limited amount of sides. Thanks everyone for reading this and please any advice you can give me will be greatly appreciated, and if you need more info ill add some more.

lets get to the basics first.. AGE weight and body fat.. and how long has you been training and what is your diet like?
 
20 years of age.
Been lifting for 2 years now
I have always focused on my diet the most, because i feel its more important than the gym itself.

Was very skinny before but bulked up to 165, then cut down to 145, now building back up. Dont quite know what my body fat is, but i can see my abs if that helps you determine my range.

Bench- 165 x5
Deadlift- 175 x5
Squat 170 x5

Just started focusing more on my squat and deadlift, had prior injury, so i am kind of skeptical on how much to lift, just going to try and really focus on my form to prevent injury. I have always had trouble on the bench press, its always the place i am most sore, but have a really hard time increasing weight.
 
i never used it so i don't have an opinion on it..but if you want to get bigger and stronger its all diet look at 3js diet from and ask his advice he will help you out..
 
To be totally honest it seems like you aren't really that advanced to be taking a steroid yet...

I'm a firm believer that certain things should be achieved naturally before diving into these compounds.

That aside your cycle set up looks fine. It should be pretty mild for a beginner cycle, yet effective. For the nolva I would dose it 20/20/10/10.

If you want you can throw in an OTC natty test booster as a part of your post cycle therapy (pct) as well.
