Started off yesterday with 10 mg's and have gone up to 20 mg's today. So far my plan is:
4 Weeks -
week 1 : 20mgs/day
week 2 : 20mgs/day
Week 3: 30 mgs/day
Week 4: 30 mgs/day
I am thinking that if everything is smooth and going well by the end of week 1, i may up week 2 to 30 mg's p/d.
Will be running Nolva by itself for pct... I think that this should be sufficient.
By the end of this cycle my aim is to have some size to my upper body and to have my abs far more defined.
Would very much like any advice or constructive criticism you guy may have.
