First pin today got question

I did my first pin today of test e 1 cc into right quad. I used the landmarks upper outer quad. My question is half way pushing through I felt a twinge for a second then was fine I then aspirated no blood and slow push. Should I be worried about the twinge.I did feel my leg was not fully relaxed a little nervous. I used a 1 1/2 ,22 gauge needle. I do not have any pain.

hit a nerve no biggie
I do it all the time (today) some guys re-pin but its already in ya might as well finish the job. i stay away from triceps cause it was ridiculous.

No you probably just hit a nerve. Almost everytime I would pin my delts they would start twitching and I would feel a twinge. I have also felt that once or twice in my quads. Nothing to worry about.
