So from what I can tell from that video is I hate that spot and it hurts like a bitch. Ill see if I can make this make sense to you through words. I injects into the Vastus Lateralis but basically on the side of it about one hand width down from the top of your femur bone. If you flex it you will notice the big slab off beef on the side of your leg near the front of the muscle it should be raised up a bit the dip down a bit then raise up again on the side of your leg, that's the spot one hand width down from where I said. I like to do it sitting with my leg straight out and heel propped up on a chair or whatever, that takes all tension off the quad. Does that make sense at all??
Everything Shredder said, but id like to add 1 thing (cuz i had trouble first couple of times myself). Everytime I pinned quads, use to have same problem. I watched a video that showed if you put the pin on the leg and pinch the meat while twisting pin side to side, pin will enter on its own. Since ive done this, pip is virtually non existent (even with test prop). The more you pin your quads, the better it gets.
I have noticed at times when I get the pin in and start plunging, my leg would spasm sometimes. When that happens, I pull the pin, re-tip it, and pin the other leg. Then go back to other leg next time around.
