Trying a cycle for the first time and looking for some help to get the most out of it and keep the sides to a minimum. I am 44 years old and have been on a consistent workout schedule for the last three years. Most of the time was spent concentrating on fat burning with lots of oly movements, crossfit, and dedicated weight training. Went from 258lbs to 188lbs over the three years and now realize there wasn't much muscle under all that blubber! My diet is in order, I'm 6'2" at about 13% bf and I can spend 3-4 hours a day in the gym right now so I want to take advantage of the extra time I have. So far I have Ultradrol, Protex, NRG-X PCT Maxx, fish oil, multi. What else do I need and how much do I take considering my age? What amounts on what schedule would be best.
I don't know anyone else trying this sort of stuff so I need some help!
